This is balaji jampani. I have a issue on emi payment I have payed emi at date 5/12/2022 through idfc bank account but that emi is not updated in my Flipkart account. I am getting calls from idfc bank for payment of emi .so many times. I complaint ur customer care they are not giving proper answer and till now they didn't rectify issue. so please clear my issue and i have to pay next emi on January. so if u update only I will pay next emi. so please resolve my problem.

I have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart as per below details

Order ID : OD327027415414003100
Order Date : 11/01/2023 12:13 p.m.
Expected Delivery Date : 13/01/2023
Product : Redmi Note 12 pro 5G

On 13/01/2023, I received a message for "Out for delivery" for this product, but the delivery boy continues replying that he will deliver in 1-2 hour. I waited for 5 hours but he did not pick up my phone at that time. At last at 09:00 p.m. on the same day he told me that he has not got the product to deliver from HUB, while Bapunagar Hub has received it on 12/01/2023. I have missed my train because of this, If he has told me that he can not deliver me on 13/01/2023 then I could have caught my train.

From Ekart's website, it shows "No response from customer". Without having a conversation with me, how can you update the status like this? I have followed up with the delivery boy at least 50 times via call, I am not getting the proper answer from them.

At last, flipkart has rescheduled the delivery on 16/01/2023. I have approached the flipkart customer service center via call around 10-12 times but I have not received the delivery of the same on 16/01/2023 also.

Altogether I have below complaints & issues faced by me -
1. Flipkart / Ekart failed to deliver on 13/01/2023 which was promised date
2. Flipkart / Ekart failed to deliver on 14/01/2023 which was next working day
3. Flipkart / Ekart failed to deliver on 16/01/2023 which was a rescheduled date offered by flipkart
4. Delivery boy has harassed me with wrong commitment with delivery & updated wrong status on ekart website as "No response from customer" without approaching customer.
5. I have missed my train on 13/01/2023 due to this, my money is also stuck in this order, and I am unable to use my old phone also as i have ordered new phone in exchange with old phone and as per flipkart policy I have formatted my old phone on 13/01/2023.

It seems that flipkart is unable to deliver the product as you failed to deliver on 13/01/2023 & 14/01/2023, and even you failed to deliver on 16/01/2023 which was rescheduled by you, while product has arrived in the same city on 12/01/2023 morning. I request you to please release the refund of the full amount of the product in my bank account as mentioned below ASAP with a compensation which you think fit but not less then Rs. 10000/- for mental harassment by delivery boy & deficiency of service provided by flipkart & Ekart. I have raised the same request on flipkart customer care executive and he gave me this complaint no. - IN23011321043386715090.

My Flipkart paylater is blocked from 30th September , i called the Flipkart team they say the reason like you paid the payments late but I paid the payments correctly before the due date the screenshots also attached and I paid the September bill on 4th but you didn't feed that details in your record the excutive said that your due date is 5th but you paid on 26th what is this why you people are working like this
