I'm not being able to register for online banking as they asked for 1)debit card no. 2)pin code no.3)expiry date. I could fill in 1 and 3 but cursor is not moving to 2, so I'm not being able to fill in the pin code no. Please help.

Sir, I have withdraw a sum of Rs. 8500/- from Bhagat Cooperative Bank ATM at Chambaghat but the cash is not dispensed from ATM, it will give an error message on the ATM screen “transaction has been not proceeded” and the amount has been debited from my account after that I once again make a transaction from same ATM amounting to Rs. 5000/- but at this time same error message has been shown in the ATM screen and the amount has been deduted from my account. In this ATM, the ATM can not give any receipt to me but amount has been debited from my account. You can see the footage of this ATM as 03-10-2018 at 5.25 PM to 5.45 PM. You can see the actual fact.

After that I go to the UCO Bank ATM at Solan Bypass BR and make a transaction of Rs. 8500/- and transaction has been completed and message is not coming in my registered mobile number. After that I check the mini statement at 5.50 PM and it will show the transaction of Rs. 8500/-, 5000/- 8500/- vide ATM Id NA233001.

Sir, I requested to you please credit it back to my account immediately as various liabilities are pending from my side. So please credit it back in my account.

I am paid rupees-Rs685000.00 (six lack eighty five thousand). mode of payment-(100000.00+100000.00+100000.00+30000.00) = 330000.00 and rupees:355000.00 by RTGS from Punjab & Sindh bank account number: 10411300000004 & IFSC CODE:PSIB0021041. But I am really confused about payment method because one time settlement verbally agreed repayment of money 550000.00 (message send to me JDM). so I REQUESTING TO UCO bank officials that please send me authentic information regarding - M/S P K Choudhury's CC A/C no: 01890200011084 of UCO bank main branch, Burdwan - 0189 Curzon gate Dutta market.
