My Thomson TV usb not show. please solve my problem.

I have purchase Thomson LED 43 inch 4K television on dated 20/04/2022. After three months a small black dot showing under the television screen. I ignore it but five month later it has been increase every week. I have complained to Thomson customer support but they have denied to say it is dust issue and it will not cover under warranty and asking for chargeable service. I am surprise to see that, why they have provide warranty if they are not fulfill customer problem. They say, as per Thomson policy dust issue not cover. But it is not dust issue. This is panel issue. Finally they have denied to accept my request. I say everyone, do not buy Thomson any product. This brand is very poor and services so bad. I am very disappoint this kind of issue.

On 6th oct 2022 my thomson oath pro max 55" tv was delivered and installation was done in the same evening.. till nov 30th 2022 everything was perfect. But from december issue started. A white dotted patch 6 × 4 inch size comes on the topside of the screen. It's comes n goes off after some time... pls send a technician to inspect the tv.

Once the 9a 32 inch led TV was power off after sometime it isn't on the remote has no problem but the TV isn't responding to the remote's command. Please help out from this problem.

Wifi not working automatically on off.

Thomas tv is waste from 20 days we are following up with the customer care and service people not responding properly. Our tv is not working the company people are telling stories.

Technician visit before ten day but no response from company ..worst experience about led product from Thomson.

I am unhappy with thomson services. i purchased TV on 22nd october and i received on 29th october but i got call from installation team for installation of TV but requested to postpone to after 2 weeks of delivery but instead of postponing the installation they cancelled my request.

I had Purchased Thomson 9A Series 106 CM (43 Inches) full HD Android on dated 23.01.2023 through online via Flipkart but only few days it was problematic & couples of raising Complaints 30th March technician visited & he suggested few parts will be Replaced but last 15 days, No one replied on mail, calls & contacted technician told me, you will receive parts & Another technician will be Repair your TV. Really foolish & bad experience.. Check my Complaint number & reply as soon as possible.

this is a request regarding my led that was brought on 7-08-2022. It was a 40 inches LED. I faced a problem that the led is not working from the last 5 days & i called to your customer care executive but they require a email from my side & ask a video regarding the problem i faced. So, i attached a bill of that led as well as a video. Its a request to solve this issue as soon as possible.
