Sir, i have recently been posted to odisha. I ordered the above product from reliance digital, behampur, ganjam office in odisha on 12/7/18.The cost of TV is Rs 60990 and it was the last piece available in the store. The bill details are:

(a)The place of supply state code-21OR
(b) Supply state GSTN no-21AABCR1718E1Z1.

The TV was delivered to me on 13/7/18. The technician came to me on 14/7/18 and as the TV was installed it had scratch on the screen. I called up the berhampur branch and told them the same. The store manager (Ms Pushpa Jena) tolds= me that she will not replace the TV but will repair the screen. I want replacement of my TV at the earliest as the cost factor involved is Rs 60990.

I have bought a Samsung refrigerator from Reliance digital, Pentagon mall, Haridwar on 16th August,2018 but it is leaking water from the chiller tray in just one day. I also have complained about this issue to the customer care at Samsung and they said that there is no gas in the refrigerator, but reliance company executive says that this type of leakage happens in monsoon.

I don't know how this can in happen within just one day of purchase as Samsung is such a big brand so I am writing this mail first to you not the the consumer forum for providing me a defected piece. I just want this refrigerator to be replaced by some other company refrigerator. So please process my request as soon as possible otherwise I will take some serious action against it.

i purchased jio phone gift card from my jio app online on 02/11/2018 online & received by courier on 04/11/2018. when i visited reliance digital store to purchase jio phone with the card there was no balance in it. jio order id:JEF09217469. MOBILE NO.-8700644641. PLEASE do something i have paid rs1095 by credit card. i have talked to several persons at jio customer care & gift card help desk no taking responsibility & note my complaint. if i lost my hard earned money like this. i will loose my faith in jio & reliance.

We had purchased aquaguard from Kolhapur reliance mall on 15/04/2018 bill number 5/117. No service was provided from your store since then. Due to non service my aquaguard was stopped working. I requested for service complaint on the toll free number printed on the bill on 14/11/2018. But till now nun of your technician has come for service. I have also complained at the CSD counter in the store. Daily I was assured by the call center person that the technician will come today. From last 4days the aquaguard is off and we have to purchase water bottles. The Kolhapur service people say that we are not responsible for any assurance given by the call center executive.

What type of hopeless service is this? Why should we purchase products from reliance then?

Dear Reliance Digital Team,

I am loosing out patience now and totally shattered with all your nonprofessional behavior. Warranty is still showing expired on the portal and please refer attached screenshot. I need to log a case with Dell/Reliance team about malfunctioning of the battery. Initially, it was not giving back up and now again new issue came up that I plugged in for power at 11.00AM and till now only 21% battery charged.

It is a clear case of DOA and let me know how to move ahead on this for the replacement of machine. I am chasing only Reliance Digital Team and still no response from their side. No warranty status on Printed Bill and even on portal it is showing expired. Totally shocked to see the support by Reliance Team.

I am a one of the customer with reliance digital, recently i purchased a Air conditioner in reliance digital, madinaguda, hyderabad.

My 1st concern is.... actually i got the indoor unit very cleanliness and so much scratches are there whether i dont know i received new product or not, regarding this i called to reliance digital madinaguda but they were not responded well.

Second concern is about technicians. Really the technicians are very worst they are not listening to my words simply they are doing nonsense work. Four muslim people are came to my home and i showed them about scratches on indoor unit and "they said kuch nahi hotha bhaiya". i said so many times bayya i dont need this product but they are not convinced to my words and started installation work in my home and one of the person started drilling also. He damaged all my power sockets and wires with drilling machine. he drilled to power linings then the power has gone in my room. The room owner was came he shouted on me a lot and said me to change the wiring for the damage of power linings. because of your poor service i am bearing 15k for new power wiring in my room.

Really this was bitter experience with reliance digital services. Please once look into it and help me out with this.

This was my bad experience with the Reliance Digital @ Begumpet, Hyderabad from purchase day onwards.

Product Name: DAIKIN ATKL50TV

Major Problem Identified and the details are as follows:

AC instrument inner defective problem identified while opened for dust cleaning purpose where I have seen that the sleeks were total damaged (not proper way like lines) so that's why am not getting proper cooling when it was in low point like below 18 also.

I need this instrument to be total changed or else I will go to next level on this issue. Pl respond on immediate basis & take necessary action on this matter for replacement.

The product was faulty as its battery gets drain very fast at less volume also and not working properly. So i want to return the product and want my money return i got the parcel on 13th september 2021 and i am replying you on 14th of september 2021, it is not late that i am informing you about the product. I bought Reconnect brand 750W Sandwich maker from OP Road Reliance Digital store at Vadodara. Price was billed Rs. 849. Later I checked price for the same product on reliancedigital online site. It is Rs. 749. So I asked for clarification from the customer care. The reply is rather surprising. It says prices of any product price could differ due to Market, Area, Ambience, Touch and Feel.

This is highly unprofessional attitude of Reliance Digital. That may be the reason, this store was almost empty. No Footfalls in Diwali time. Hope some correction takes place.

I’m Akshay Kumar from bangalore India. So I had ordered 2tb external hard disk from Reliance digital Kammanahalli branch and they said they don’t have a stock. I told them to check with other branch and get me the hard disk as it was urgent. Later I get a call and told that there is no stock of hard disk in whole bangalore so have to cancel your order. As it was paid order I have to wait for the refund. Later I just had to call Kanakapura branch and I asked about the same product they said it’s available. This so unprofessional way of working. Really really had a bad experience and will never buy anything from Reliance’s digital.

We have raised a complaint for Air Cooler. Generally any product we can know only when we start using it. When the Air cooler reached home we tried pouring water but there is no change in cooling system. The room was still the same hot. So we requested for replacement as AC immediately but it is denied from store that the product once opened cannot be replaced. Kindly resolve the issue by reducing a partial amount for Air cooler and replace as AC.
