I purchased the above 0n 9/12/14.,but began to use it only by about 31/1/15. The burners were giving red flames after about a month or so. I used to phone your toll free no. frequently about this, The standard reply was "Mafi Chahate hai". On one or two occasions some staff came cleaned it ,showed me the burning for one minute and collected 500 rs as charges. Two months back your costumer service office no:9995655888 (Mr Navas) sent a person and he told me that the burners have to be changed and he has sent a request to you for the above. I have repeatedly called you about this issue but till date no action has been taken.

Now I request you to send me your factory address,so that I can send this hob to you without seeking any compensation so that you can sell this to somebody else and cheat them , and ofcourse make money . I will be thankful to you if you do at least this favour for your customer .

It is a good and reliable brand because I renovated my kitchen. I bought almost everything from Kaff only and I am happy with my decision because everything is working in a good condition plus i liked their after sale service.

I have complained about the problem in burners on 7th feb and i am calling to ur customer care for every 2 days. Now the date is 26th feb till now any one didnt came to resolve it. Every time they are saying with in 2 days it will be resolved. The service of KAFF was worst.

Pathetic service and company. Just know how to loot customer but never know to give customer service. I buy Kaff open dhc-60 chimney on 01/09/2018 from koncepts, shop number 15,g.f, the plaza Mall, m.g road, gurugram. Next day after installation the chimney doesn't work. we call thousands times 2 mechanic come first (Dharmendra 8860089507) saysit has problem in motor and second one said it's has problem in pcp something. They give service centre number also which never response 8178549802. I also what's app bill copy to 7291900359 as they said no problem resolve till now.

I was very confused about whether I should buy dishwasher from Kaff. I bought it but was unimpressed with its quality and their service.

I had purchased chimney in Jan 2020 from Kaff.in.
within 3 months it stopped working, engineers visited almost 4 times till now, but could not resolve the issue. they dont have policy of changing the defective pcs. Its almost 1 year now Kaff Chimney is only a show piece at my house.

Most pathetic company and worst service.
I had purchased Lyra DHC chimney. From day 1 issues related to hood opening were coming. I had raised the last complaint on date 26th august the complaint no. Is 220826277. Since that day I have been following up with Kaff, calling customer care. However no one showed for resolving issue till date. Post several follow ups with customer care a no. Was given for the escalation. They told that this no. Is of Vineet who is area manager for haryana. However he never picks up the phone.

Now I am just wondering what is more pathetic product from Kaff, their staff or the service. I believe all of these.

My name is Amarjit my mobile is 9852700007. I have purchased Chimney microwave and oven since May 2022 from Kaff company which is Kohli Retail Pvt Ltd whose mobile numbers are 8427400057. 9876399157 till today 21/11/2022 on my repeated requests. The goods were not made to fit. The warranty of 6 months for the goods in the box has expired. Therefore, never buy the goods of Kef company. No one asks.
