I have purchased one TITAN wrist Watch through online on 27.1.22 vide order no 5873269 dated 27.1,2022 for Rs 2249. It has frequent complaints like not running, running very slowly. I have given it to TITAN Authorized service center more than 3 times and latest was on 9.3.2002 for that they have changed the machine itself. I received it on 30.4.2002 and now it is running slowly. I have already escalated the issue to Customer care suspecting a manufacturing defect. Till date no response. I have no other option except to return it to the manufacturer for replacement.

Sir, I purchased a titan wristwatch ( Titan Edge) just before the Corona-19 outbreak. but the watch always gets stops. I have visited three or four times to titan World, Keranitola Midnapore, but the condition of the watch doesn't improve. what can I do next?

Hi,
I have buy new Titan watch recently & happy for purchase a branded watch but disappointed for service regarding.

My titan watch not working properly & not showing correct time & slow working so i have complaint 2 to 3 times to titan showroom in motera-Ahmedabad.

He's told engineer not available so you can other showroom visit or motera showroom doesn't take a responsibility for repairing for this watch so i m very disappoint regarding service issue. Please take a action and ASAP resolve this Issue.

Dear sir,
As per our discussion your service center has not repair my watch till this day after 25 day. This is not a customer friendly. Company can not repaired my watch within 25 day as per company policy. i have wait for 26 day so pls refund my invoice amount in my account otherwise i will complain again you in consumer forum. I had given watch for servicing on 19th october at Anjana watch care-2 (Godhod Road, Surat). Its almost 2 months now. Still not received watch. Called atleast 50 times and went to the service center atleast 10 times. But not yet received the watch, nor any proper response as to why there is so much delay. Did not expect such a poor service from a brand like Titan. Seems as if the company is least interested in repairing the watch.

I have purchased TITEN EDGE watch on 17-02-2023. 4-5 din baad chain se clip nikal kar watch mere hath se gir gai. mai Karol bagh titen world gaya, unhone clip laga kar dubara mujhe de di watch fir dubara uski pin nikal gai or watch gir gai. ab titan world me diye 1 week se upar ho gaya hai jab call karo time lagega time lagage koi Banda esliye chij purchase karta hai kya wo chij company me hi rakhi rahe koi service nahi hai third class service hai titen ki or aise hi third class inke showroom ke repairing Wale bande hai Jo watch ki chain par thok thok kar nishaan daal Dete Hai fir bolte hai sir ye to Aisa hi hoga na unko bolne ki tamiz na koi baat THIRD CLASS PRODUCTS AND THIRD CLASS INKE REPAIRING WALE BANDE.

I am regular customer of titan watches I purchased a watch titan raga on 24.12.2022 model 9513QM01.The watch is under warranty and it's not working. I think raga is one of the best product of titan but it gave service only for 8 months.If this is the situation of costly watches then I can't think of low cost watches.I took my watch for service and I thought battery issues but the service person said it has some serious issue. I gave it for service on 31.8.2023 it's been 13 days no response from service center. Please do the needful.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received for my Titan watch, bearing JO No: JO000342220006150. On 11th February 2023, I had submitted my watch at your service center for stem crown replacement, and it has been an extremely frustrating experience since then.

It has come to my attention that almost eight months have passed, and I have not received any communication or updates regarding the status of my watch repair. This prolonged delay is highly inconvenient and has left me without my timepiece for an extended period. I had entrusted Titan with my watch, believing in the brand's commitment to quality and timely service, but this experience has left me disappointed.

I kindly request that you immediately investigate the status of my watch repair and provide me with a detailed update on the progress and expected completion date. I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of communication from Titan Watch's service center is unacceptable.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the repair process and ensure that my watch is returned to me in a timely manner, preferably within the next few weeks. I have been without my watch for far too long, and I rely on it for daily use.

I hope to receive a prompt response to this email and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please prioritize this matter and restore my faith in Titan's commitment to customer service.

Sent mail compliant to customer care and after 48 hours called them to know the status. Just they are telling wait for another 24 hours. They refused to give relevant email id or escalation email id. Also , confirmed their team leader will not talk to customers who need assistance.

When we are having issue with Titan show room, contacting customer care. but they kept us in dark by giving standard recorded reply

I have gave my watch for service which has been booked on 28th Aug 2024, but there is no response regarding service. But the status showed like "your watch is ready for pickup".
