Stock unavailbility
I have purchased in the maraimalai nagar branch but v wash is not available for the past two weeks and also it's not available in the nearest branch also. Loose toor dal is often not available if it is replaced after the old stock clearance it will be useful for the customers to purchase since it is the starting of the month. Only few brands of ghee are available. Hope that the queries be rectified soon.
Damaged products
Repeat complain , they didn't take any action regarding this that we have have received a damaged products ( biscuits) and they didn't chaged the products till yet.
Product not received approx. 15 days
My order for Nutri organics given by 27 feb 2022 but still date-13 march 2022 . we have not received any parcel .we try costumer care daily after delivery time period so all time different guys say your order delivered you 24 hours but every 3 to 4 time they give same answer . Jiomart give responsibility of parcel service to privet agency like courier company. so I contact them he say they do not responsible for Jiomart service.

I from haridwar. i want to complaint for a financial employer abhishek verma. we order phone with DMI finance and abhishek verma does not tell customer for finance file charge 1000 rupees and now after completed my order. He tells me give file charge for DMI finance 1000rs.
Amount refund issue
I call many times in customer care but not response. Returns item pikcuped 1 mont ago but amount not refund. Pls refund the amount order id - 16493988356661535313j. This order item pickup 1 month ago but amount not refund. pls help.
Order not confirmed
I ordered a product but it was not confirmed and amount was debited. I also haven't received refund of Rs 670.
Pathetic service
I placed a complaint on non- receipt of a product - due date was 13th July - Spoke to 3 advisors and 2 Escalation Officers. They kept on repeating that 'concern team will get back'. Neither did they allow me to escalate to the Manager. Please listen to all my calls and do something to educate the Officers on how to handle escalation. On top of it, There is your chat service, where the chatting Officer doesn't read or understand my issue keeps on giving me options to select. Can't they send mails immediately to resolve the issue. Don't know why you complicate things. Pls empower your education Officers to send mails to other department and resolve the complaints immediately. Also appoint some educated staff to read, understand and chat.
PATHETIC Service. Never faced such a bad experience with any other service providers.

I had purchased an typographic hood team spirit dress on 3 Sept and it was delivered on 6th Sept and returned it on 13th sept. I didn't get my money back till now. I have ordered Enzo 5 Ltr Liquid twice as prepaid order on 13 Oct 2022 and 14 Oct 2022, but the item was returned twice without giving any intimation and reason. It is requested to clarify the above said matter.
Different product size recieved
I ordered pringles sour cream and onion of 134g (rs.113 after discount ) but I received a product of 107g which is of rs.109. Also in the bill it is mentioned about 134g pringles. But I received 107g.
What kind cheap mental game are the shopkeeper playing with us ? If they don't want to sell the product on discount then why are they selling via jiomart ?
(Also, I would like to mention that this 107 g pringles original cost is rs 109. They how can they charge me above marked price ?
Either grand me refund and take this product back or send me the product that I ordered originally. Don't try to fool your valuable customers. This is fraud

Mera dates product kharab aya hai. kal 03/04/2022 ko aya tha order. use replace karo dates par fafud hai or smell bhi arahi hai dates me.
