my micromax knight mobile was replaced by you under warranty but i am sorry to say it took around two month to replace the said phone & that two replaced by a defected old piece. i returned back the said phone to your service center again after 15 days another defected old pc. is given is it company policy to harass a customer to that extent that he will never think of purchasing a micromax product. how can you replace a defected product under warranty with a old pc instead of a new one. i will further request you to replace phone with a new pc. else i have no other option left other then to go to consumer court against the company. my last complaint no. was n040426081518342174 and customer care no. is mmx1310151245536.

I have Micromax canvas selfie 2. I have buy this mobile one months ago and speaker is not working. We have changed speaker 2 time still its not working. When there is a call its really inaudible, i am never able to hear it.

my canvas p470 tablet was sent to delhi for repairing with docket no 19833 on 22-9-15. the problem is tab hanging logo and does not restart. so i request you plz send it as as possible. my ph no 9160014209.

i gave my micromax knight A350 for repair as its touch screen was not working properly , my phone was covered under warranty , after keeping it for two months the service centre people said it can not be repaired and i will get a replacement . They handed over me an old micromax canvas A300 without any papers ,saying it is a new set . I wanted to know about micromax replacement policy under warranty. what is the warranty of this old set . please clarify and solve the issue.

I have purchased “Micromax Canvas Knight A350” phone IMEI No: 911357701109417 on 11/01/2015 and within the short period of span unfortunately display touch screen problem arise in handset. So immediately I approached to Micromax care center which is situated at Pimpri, I put my mobile 3 times within 8 months, Job sheet no- W030200-0915-19171629. Customer service executive told me that your phones display & touch screen is not working properly so we have to change it. But till now my phone is not been repaired, there are no parts available till now.

I will further request you to replace phone with a new handset, else I have no other option left other than to go to consumer court against the company. Also, I will suggest to all my relatives, friends, colleagues & neighbors not to purchase Micromax company mobiles which are very poor in quality.

So it's my earnest request to you please KINDLY ARRANGE TO SEND ME NEW HANDSET IN LIEU OF DEFECTIVE ONE.

I have purchased “Micromax Canvas Knight A121” phone IMEI No: 911367151781904 on 05/09/2014 and within the short period of span battery swelling problem arise in handset. So I approached Micromax care center in moradabad. I send mobile 4 times within 12 months, I replace 02 battery which also swelled, around Rs1000 my money has gone. Worst , my latest Job sheet no- N041070-0915-19238730. Customer service executive told me that your phone will forwarded to company because it is repeated snags so we have to change it. But till now my phone is not been changed again it has came with repaired.

I request you to replace phone with a new handset, else I have no other option left other than to go to consumer court against the company. I also send hard copy with written letter on 15-10-2015 by speed post consisting with bill, 02 job sheet, when I submitted my mob on 04-09-2015 job sheet no. N041070091519000590 Mr Manoj Arora forgotten to forward the mobile to company, when I inquire about my status then he told "I forgotten to send your mob, today I am sending with new job sheet". now I have to raise another job card for sending to the company. Now company answering that your warranty expired, you reply me where I am on fault, sorry I have purchased this mob this is my fault. So it's request to Replace defective handset with new one.

This is to bring to your concern that i recently purchased a smartphone of your company named canvas spark Q380. The problem i faced while using this phone was that its display touch wasnt working when i was using this phone while laying on bed,so in order to get it fixed i had given the phone for repair at MICROMAX service centre authorized one. Date of job sheet 10th september 2015.

So i just wanna ask few questions from you(the authority who's seeing this email) and the company
Are you guys capable of replacing my phone with a new one or not??

Secondly the company has recently launched this phone still spare parts of this phone are insufficient why is it so?

Thirdly,If by chance you guys get it fixed(impossible it is) how long will it take?

I"ll also make sure none of my friends purchase a product of your company. MICROMAX-Nothing like anything (Having nothing is much better than having a product of your company).

I have given my mobile for repair with job sheet no w030635-1015-19597587on 7/10/2015. Till date I get the same reply that they have ordered for the part and it is not available. In 8 months of time my cell has been repaired 3 times, once for charger point, battery been replaced and now power buttons not working I wonder how is the company manufacturing mobiles. Please look int the matter and do needful at the earliest.

I using Yufit Band 4 months now. This Band working Properly. But one Problem i can't Connect band with my phone. when clicking 'search for device' on Yufit App not showing my device and also didn't show error reports, I tried this for other phone's same result. I purchased this Product from Amazon.in and 2 months warranty left. Please Help Me To Solve This Problem.

Hi,i am vivek sharma and has submitted my doodle 3 to m/s care centre ganga Plaza begum bridge road meerut they told me that it was submitted to company and i receive it after 25 days .from past 40 days i visited the store 5 times for my handset but every time they gave me a time of 2 or three days so disappointing for a company how delivered most phone in india. I firmly request please do have a look at it
else i have no other option left other then to go to consumer court against the company.

Hi Team,

I have micromax canvas knight (10 months old) am having issue with charging. I took it to near by service center (my location is VIZAG near GAJUWAKA MICROMAXCARE ) they said charging strip need to be changed, As I know very well If my handset is handed over in service center ll not be getting back for months. I just need to know is charging strip for A350 knight is available and will I get that repaired at any cost. Because my personal data are struck in that. kindly revert back with positive answer by replying my mail or calling to my mobile +919885384346.

Note- This is insane that spares for mobile are not available in service centers itself. I have never seen this type of CARE CENTERS before.

I went to micromaxcare in Dhule Maharashtra service centre for getting replaced My a350 charging strip but d person said its not available with them as well as they have almost 10 phones pending with same issue.. they ordered charging strip since last two months but company is unable to send them spares..i lost my trust in micromax.

I had given my mobile for repairing to Micromax Service Centre situated at M/S LK Max mobile,Visakhapatnam on dated 6.11.15 with job sheet no S040220-1115-2015 4005,due to Mobile signal is not working.But they are told me that mobile touch & display was not working therefore after 10 days we will give your mobile.after 10 days while i had gone to cervice centre they told me that the mobile had sent to main service centre on 19.11.15 for further process.but till date no response from main service centre representative whenever i called him they are always told me the mobile is on processing. so therefore request you to please replace the new one if spares is not available.My main service centre Job sheet no is-S040220-1115-2015 4005, Complaint no-MMX 1112151904557, Ref.No SER 144904140268. I have submitted my phone (Micromax canvas A-114 white) on Dated 05/10/2015 for repairing(4101 Power does not switch ON) purpose and Docket No.-N030756101519553388 . I was assured that I would get my phone within 5 days of my submission, but unfortunately I have not received it yet.. I have been calling the service center frequently but they are delaying the job for quiet some time. I am very annoyed. More than 2 months passed but no further action taken by you, as per telephonic conversation (helpline number: 1860 500 8286) they do not have any proper answer to regarding my mobile .Kindly look into the matter for fruitful action.

Pl discuss and clarify why the Mobile has not been repaired last 80 days and plz tell me about your company maximum time duration of repairing works.I hope you would take proper action as quickly as possible.

Some of the employee had told that the mobile will be replaced and some had told it wont. What is it? The companies employees and mailing department are fake and misguide to customer. So I was tired with micromax.

I am Bernard Fernandes from Margao-Goa. I had given my cell Canvas nitro A311 to repair on 2-11-2015. Now it will be almost 3 months and still it is not yet repaired. Is this how micromax provides the service? So many times i called the customer care, they only say you will get your phone repaired within 1 week / 15 days.

I had given my Micromax canvas spark Q-380 on 6.11.2015 for repairing. Yesterday i have received call from MM Service centre. they told me that your mobile is ready, so collect your mobile. today i had gone to service centre for collect my mobile. but the same pc is not Coming they are give me a Q-340 mobile which is i do not like. thats why i am not taking that phone. so i kindly request you if Q-380 is not available than please give the upgradation mobile like namely - Canvas Express-2 , Canvas play Q-355, Canvas selfie lens Q -345, Canvas selfie-3, or Bolt Q-338

I had given my canvas doddle cell phone your service station at Ambattur, Chennai 600053 (M/S EASY CELLCARE, shop No.G2, Yes Yes ArcadeComplex d.No.66 MTH Road, Ambattur) vide your receipt No.S020520 - 1215-20829219 dated 15.12.2015. they assured me that the date of receipt of cell phone with in a week repaired. till date i.e 29.1.2016 they are not yet been repaired my phone. they said every time tomorrow it will be repaired. I am suffering lot with out my phone. Hence I request you may please be advised to immediate action taken against my repaired phone. the service center ambattur has no contact phone number also.

My mobile micromax canvas express A99 is at care centre for a long time i have given third time at care center but not repairing .It is now at care center. I have given mobile phone at prince communication, AHLU WALIA BUILDING OPPOSITE, BHOPAL HOUSE, LALBAG LUCKNOW.

My job sheet no. is N040449 - 0116 - 21529758.

I have bought this mobile before 2 months. i have reached the service centre 4 times again the same problem is arising. this phone reached the mobile kept in service centre for one month but the the problem is coming. pls take necessary action. pls contact 9030915195.

I am Kamlesh Maheshwari. I have complaint regarding your service centre.Before 4 months, on 28th September, 2015. I received the service center receipt against my phone "Model-Micromax canvas A-300" (for battery problem issue) from Balaji communication, 323-24, Upper ground, arihant complax , nr. Udhna Bus stand, Udhana main road, Udhana, Surat , with description of "battery problem" on receipt. At that time service center representative checked my phone very well (the mobile was switched on and running well at that time) and told me that there is only low battery problem and you can get your phone after 10-12 days. After 30 days, at the time of receiving, the display of mobile was cracked because of the mistake of service centre representative. At that time he assured me that he will repair the display without any other charge within 10 more days.

After 10 days, when I came to service center, he told me to give the service center receipt for office purpose and written "by blue pen" that there is also display problem in the handset. And totally refused his promise. Please give your precious time and take steps to make solutions regarding this matter.
