I had purchased videocon led from vijay sales vashi showroom on 5th Sep 2017. Suddenly display of this tv not functioning. I called to vijay sales customer care no 10 times. Every time they says we will send the technician as soon as possible. Not providing proper service to customer.

Dear Sir,

I booked Samsung Smart LED TV N5370 at your S V Road, Andheri West showroom on 21.10.2018. That time I was told that the model was out of stock at the showroom. I was further told that new lot is expected within a day or two, therefore my order will be delivered after 4 days. But to my surprise the delivery came to me on the very next day i.e.22.10.2018.

At the time of taking delivery at my home, I observed some discrepancies as follows:-
1) The delivery came on the very next day whereas I was told that it will come after 4 days.
2) The Invoice mentions Serial No. as 066Z3NCK702316, but the serial no on the back of the TV is 066Z3NCK702316A. The ending alphabet “A” is missing in Invoice.
3) The delivery boys themselves opened the carton without showing me that the seal is proper.
4) The TV was not covered with plastic/polythene bag. The delivery boy answered that plastic bags are banned.
5) There were patches of dust on the backside of the TV .The delivery boy answered that the carton was transported from long distance from Bhiwandi and the dust is gathered during the transportation.
6) The Invoice mentions that the delivery has come from Chembur Godwon.
7) The TV was installed by the delivery boys only. They told that the technician will be delayed further by 4-5 days due to Diwali rush.
8) We requested for the technician over phone to showroom. He came on 24.10.2018.He also said the same thing about plastic bag and the dust. He provided me a cable for Rs.475/- without any bill.

The above discrepancies aroused suspicion in my mind that the unit/TV delivered to me is not from a fresh stock and it is a unit/TV already used somewhere. I am a regular purchaser of your shop. I have purchased a Fridge, a washing machine, a water purifier etc, from your shops in the past. I did not expect such a treatment from Vijay Sales.

I request that the used Samsung Smart TV N5370 delivered to me may please be exchanged with a fresh TV. I hope that Vijay Sales will keep upto its reputation and expecting a positive response from the renowned business house.

I have not received any reply till date to my online complaint dated 12.11.2018. I have given written complaint also to the Customer care official at your Showroom on Andheri West, S V Road. There is no response to that complaint also till date.

Do Vijay Sales really care for customers? Do customers' complaints reach to the owners of Vijay Sales?
I visited the Show Room recently for the purchase of Air Conditioner. But nobody entertained me.

I have purchased 65” UHD Tv of LG brand and was told 3 years warranty and free installation. When a person came to install this Tv on 10.10.22 he asked for uninstallstion charges of old LG 42” Tv. Whereas at the time of purchase it was not mentioned about any charges, when we called sales person Mr Vasudev purani of Alkapuri Vadodara showroom he said you have to pay for installation.S secondly three years warranty means 1 year free service than service charges applicable, there is no transparency in deal.

Even attitude of lobby Manager sales is non co operative. Their moto is to grab/secure business by not revealing facts. I am unhappy with such an attitude.
