I am really sorry to say ,this is cheap and poor services. I booked ticket on 29 jan 2020 and cancel on with in 24 hours but amount not refund. i dropped continuously mail but not given proper solution even not declare any type of decision. team has been repeated same query and question not understanding. I want to refund my money otherwise will put the complain against you.

I had booked flight from your website in 21.09.2022 , but due to the fare diffrence you had cancelled the ticket & send me a mail for instant refund , but when I had a enquiry about my refund you staff has been misguided me completely and told me that we can not refund the same in you’re a/c instead of transfered the same in your wallet .

As against the fare difference you had send me the payment link (as attatched) but while opening that mail no link or attachment has been found as I request your representative not to cancel the same & send me other option for payment like paytm/google pay UPI / or any other way but your team has been cancelled my ticket intentionally and when I had asked for refund they just send me a mail for refund.

As I requested him to provide me contact number of senior official but they didn’t provide me and disconnect the phone. Is this way to treat to a customer? As we are also have an corporate customer in the name of HAJEE A.P. BAVA & CO CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD EMTE582417 , So how canwe believe on your company as today on 03.10.2022 we didn’t received any refund in my wallet. We are sorry to inform you that we are not intrested to doing business with such a fraud & bogus company and also taking advice to file a sue in consumer court for compensation .

Also provide us the procedure for cancelled our coporate a/c so that we can received the balance refund available in our corporate wallet , as we had better offer from other website.
