Lift not working
The lift at the Badshah nagar metro station wasnt working and my old parents have to use the stairs. Its a request to please maintain the lift and escalators at all the station, so that passengers dont have to suffer.

Yesterday (28/10/2022), at lekharaj metro station at evening 6 when l was waiting for metro on platform no 1 there were two monkeys who try to attacked on me and on a uncle who was standing near by me there was no guard on on the platform. I would like to thank a man who saved my life next me otherwise any thing would have happened. Please its a request to look after this because this is a serious matter now as two monkeys tried to attacked on two people. Please increase the number of staff atleast on the platform area for our safety purpose.
