I have purchased a tv from flipkart 4 months ago. The tv switched off before more than 45 days. I have registered a complain via email but till now its not resolved. Very Very poor and irresponsible service. I never suggest anyone to purchase any product of this company.

I think thomson is a very good company but i realise very bad experience with thomson tv. I purchase thomson R9 32 inches tv in one month back ago, But suddenly tv display was gone. i need immediate reaction for this.

I bought a tv from thomson now it got dead. I contacted customer care they are not giving any solution. I want a replacement soon technicians visited our home. They couldn't fix the problem don't send them any motherbord bcz it's so cheap in market looking forward for a reply.
