I want to repair my oneplus 9 mobile. It was sent by pick and drop on 28th July 2022, which was received by your service center Delhi on 2nd August 2022. Whose Reference ID is : QF4UXHLLJ3DP.

I bought the mobile from amazon on the date 11 June 2022.

Today on 10 August 2022, the person from your service center is telling Pritam ji mobile to be liquid damage and asking me for 44000 rupees in the name of inserting mobile parts. Whereas I never allowed water to come in my mobile. The mobile is in the guarantee period, so you are requested to kindly get the mobile repaired and return it to me or if it is not possible, replace the new mobile and send it to me as soon as possible otherwise judicial action will be taken against you by me.

Pathetic service.

Email is already shared with mumbai RM - Mr. Rahul Bhattacharjee and moreover service sentre manager of Kandivali Growells - Ms. Seema Dhage.

They are not ready to understand the matter. Clearly trying to take out money from customer. Manufacturing defect of one plus but customer has to suffer. Furthermore, service centre is not bothered to call and inform anything. I dont know why you have a service centre manager if they cannot handle things.

Dear Oneplus TV Team,

We are following up with you from 22-Nov-2022 to till day,

We are calling to customer care to resolve the TV issue, But till this month 15-Dec-2022, They have picked my old TV from my house, After that for voucher we are collecting to customer care on a daily bases, but no issue,

Note : - Do not but Oneplus product, Its not good service from oneplus team.

Directly there is no eselcation from customer, we need to call to customer care and then they will tell we have escalated u are case.

Hi, I am using oneplus 10pro. The OS is colour OS and its a white colour mobile phone panda version. The probem is i cannot sign in to cloud service and now i am living in India. I did'nt receive any OTP when i try to access to sign in. Because of this issue i cannot use my bank apps. I cannot use the full features of my mobile. Hope i will get any solution from oneplus firm.

Without my consent service center cancelled my Request Number: INSI2307071024. Deliberately my service request is cancelled. It is a kind of mental harassment. Urgently take action against assigned engineer. Otherwise i have to approach consumer court against service center and oneplus company.

one plus team yesterday my brother visited one plus care center to fix mobile display. There is a lining issue in the display, which is non-existent and the center said, come, it will be changed. But after going to mobile care, after thirty minutes they said that it would not be possible. And excuse what the scratch is on the mobile. I think after carrying mobile for three years, normal scratch is a common thing, there is no physical damage to our phone. I myself would not have taken it if there was physical damage. Being scratched is not a problem to be taken care of. You don't have to exchange, you have to correct the display. Either fix the problem of green lining on the display or change the mobile display. This is not the problem of the customer, nor does he have to face all this. Customer satisfaction feedback from you is not good. And why should we buy your one plus..
Please change display without any cost .

It is very disheartening to say that such a Good company “ONE PLUS” is not serving their customers complaints and it looks like a scam in recent days.

I have been getting a green screen issue in my One Plus 8 Phone. I am sure this is an issue that has arrived due to negligence of HW & SW negligence of the company.

From last 1 month I am not able use my screen & I am running to one plus service centre since then. On top of that there were various reasons, they were not accepting my phone for repair, & today they have charged Rs 14,000 for repairing the Screen, which I have put on hold.

Buying the phone at Rs 50,000 & again spending Rs 14,000 for replacing screen which has not occurred by my fault, it is very hard to accept.

Im using one plus 9 pro since 2 years now iam facing qualcomm crash dump mode in my mobile.. My mobile is frequently getting off while using later after some hours after so many attempts of trying again getting on.. later again off. i am facing this this issue since 3 days.
