I am trying to connect to your toll free number but getting no response. I want to refund my profit club card balance of Rs 4000.24 (card no. 92200660000774)

I have big bazaar future gifting card worth rs. 2000.. I need refund of them. They are all waste. Because there is no big bazaar existence now.

Due to closing of Big Bazar, I want to return my Membership Card.

I am a regular customer of bigbazaar from few Years and I took a Membership card having the number 92238459409160 of amounting to Rs. 10,000/- through Bigbazaar shop situated at Ranchi Jharkhand in January, 2022 . but unfortunately, Big bazaar shop was closed. Their call center no. was also not working. I have visited the store regularly but not any personel entertain in my case. Pl, clarify how my problem will short out and when?

In bilaspur no any big bazaar is opening, and i have rs 7000 balance in my profit club. All c/care nos are closed, all stores are closed, there is no one for refund money from last three months. Please refund our money.

I was using Profit Club Card number 9225 1490 4682 02. Due to closure of stores I am unable to redeem the unused amount. Please let me know the procedure to get my unused amount back.

I purchased profit club card of 10,000 in the month of November 2021. In December 2021 bigbazar closed, till today i didn't get the refund. If any body knows how to get refund please tell me.

Very bad experience. three months left all the documents uploaded as instructed. No comments of money recovery of Profit Club. May be company fraud. No direct contact number, no facilities of direct communication. Was attached with Big bazar for a long time, but a bit bad experience. Unable to understand what to do next.
