Display is broken, i want to get it repaired.

When I go to settings, go wireless network. Then I click on wifi for on it , show that turning on wifi but wifi is not on. I also wait that wifi is on but it only show turning on wifi. Happens sometimes but after connecting wifi the connect keeps getting disconnected. So please solve my problem.

Please support from my TV screen come line and do not look from Me TV. please support me Thomson TV is full screen showing lines. Thomson r9 series.

Bad experience please no purchase Thomson led tv. After 9 months display problem and no satisfied reply by company. from last 50 days following for rectify the issue but getting excuses again and again.

I purchased thomson TV led online through flipkart 1 year completed I am facing blinking of screen below and TV turns black with only sound.Hope your service will reach us soon.

Our TV is two years old..Now the screen is not working..They say it is a panel issue when we asked service technician to attend. This is common in thomson TVs he said. My advice is not to buy this product as it is waste of money.

The issue that I have experienced was: i brought a thomson tv through flipkart on 4/10/21 and got damaged on 13/11/21 raised complaint on 16/11/21 and today date is 22/1/22 no response till now whenever i call they say they dont have stock. Plz help. Comp Id: TNU5251121T11162

I bought a tv on last 3 moth before it was working fine all of sudden sound is not coming since 3 days. I called customer care they are telling to send a mail with video. I have sent mail also but there is no response from there also. kindly help us to get this issue resolve.

I have purchased Thomson 9A series 32inches LED TV 10months back.there is problem in tv tge wifi is not connecting for 4 days so..I have reset the mode it's showing volume up and volume down buttons,go paring mode. I have clicked the buttons at the same time after 5seconds the display has not showing for so many times but the tv is not showing any movement. So..can you pls contact. I have purchased the tv in Flipkart.

Within two weeks display got crashed and not working properly, also mailed my issue to your mail ids. please sort out my issue as soon as possible.

The worst Service as the warranty period is Over the Service Centre is asking for pay charges in advance without seeing the TV issues. and Service executive can be arranged after Payments. In this situation we can understand our payment will be paid but no services will be provided by THOMSON.

Thomson 9a series ka remote work kar raha hai per TV per koi issue ya show nahin ho raha.

10 months good working 1 day back it's totally screen not working tv induction light on /off automatically but display not working.

I have purchase one thomson tv 9a series on 27/04/22 after two months it's not working display doesn't show any picture. And customer care services is very very very bad not responding properly. For making complain facing hazardous procedure. I will take legal action against flipkart and thomson company. Recommended not to buy this product.
