Its been more than week that the amount of 2511 is due on my account due to transaction failure at your site for booking a ticket from Bangalore to Ernakulam for 24th July 2016 with KSRTC.

My enquiry number generated is 250547. Transaction ID is OB20754138. I have repeatedly called the customer care at which they said it will take 1 week. But now it is more than a month. Request to look into this urgently.

Now KSRTC is even denying that they have received the money while I have a bank statement clearly mentioning debiting that amount and not crediting back.
