I've bought An Amco 9Ah battery for my pulsar 150.. in just 5 months the self start is not working properly. The battery voltage downs drastically... I lost my warranty card but it's manufacturing date is less than 1 year. How can I claim my warranty?

Dear Sir ,
I have bought Amco battery on 25.2.19 I just 3-4 month the self start is not working proper , I have check the mechanical. He said battery not made power voltage properly. and battery gets very heated .but shopkeeper / dealer not replace the battery ,even battery is under guarantee period. Battery serial no is ATZ4L-1ZL8-448394A95, Please resolve / replace the battery. if no any body action I will go the consumer court.

I have purchased a scooter (Suzuki Access 125) from Sinha Suzuki dealer, Rourkela, Sundargarh, Odisha on 25th October 2018. But since last one month, the battery is not working properly and can't even do the self-start. The Amco dealer is not very helpful to this problem and they keep saying me to charge the battery and reuse it. But I have faced many issues with this temporary fix as the battery is unable to store the charge for not more than 15-20 days.

I am purchase new battery amco make for motorcycle in Oct. 2019 but the battery has gone bad. I asked the shop owner to change it, he agreed but there is no other battery for replacement. Talk to customer care, he will change. Shop keeper contact no. 9211955631

Told by dealer to email on given I'd done 3 days before still there is no response from company.

I am facing the problem of self start. No response from toll free number, what's app number and dealar also. Date of purchase battery is 27/10/2021 but from last two month battery is not working. It is very bad experience for me that from dealer side no response in this regard. If this problem is not solve by the company as soon I think it will better for me to log a complain under consumer act.

I purchased the battery and within 1 month the battery stopped working..i took the battery and the guarantee card to the dealer..however he said the company has shut down it's business and nothing can be done.. I tried calling the customer service number on the card what the dealer told was right it says invalid number.

Sir, I have buy a AMCO battery for my Royal Enfield. Now Battery is not working and need to replace but your Service Centre ( Lube House- Narwal Jammu ) didn't replace my battery. Very Bad experiance with AMCO battery. I will never recommend your product to anyone. I am suffering from 20 days but no-one interested to resolve my issue. My contact number is 7051049419. If my issue will not resolve with-in 24/48 hours than i will register a consumer form.

Battery service is very bad. They were given warranty for 2 years but it's worked only 6 months.

Above said my battery is very low back up and this is warranty period but no any reply by your company. I am trying to your all customer care numbers but your all numbers are off position & out of service areas.

There has been no adequate answer from the amco dealer where I bought the battery; I bought it on September 11, 2021, at Priyadharshini Auto Mobile Spare Parts in Jayankondam, Ariyalur Dist, however he personally suggested it for my Pulsar 150 motorcycle.

Battery power is very low or down after 6 months. I checked the status of the battery and the amco battery voltage, but the battery voltage was below 10 volts, according to the battery serviceman. I went to the store where I bought my Amco battery to claim a new battery with my warranty card, but the clerk advised me there had been no answer.

We have problem in our battery, my company replaced successfully, But again the new battery is in the problem within a month.

My battery not working, dealer refused to change and said company has closed my warranty period still now. Very bad experience and i suggest not even try to purchase the battery of this company.
