I registered a complaint for data cable replacement which stopped working within warranty period. Complaint number was 4843065. Product was picked up but the replaced product which was delivered yesterday is also damaged. It was delivered in a simple polythene without any packing. Kindly look into and arrange to replace the product with new one immediately.

I had ordered a boat earphone from amazon a few months back and now its mic is not working plus while using it there is some noise.

I have taken new earbuds I want to register the warranty.

My earphone was not charging, so i returned it and an agent took the headphone and all brasseries. Please arrange to deliver back my boat Airdopes 121 V2 (Black) with all the accessories taken by agent. Pls do reply.
