Pathetic and the worst service center person Reshma more the one I spoke .she was not helpful and told me that she is the head and hence no superior whom I can speak to .technician repaired my washing machine on Saturday as it was having drying issue and the clothes were not getting dried but all wet and drowned in water.. he sorted that out by removing a coin but again on Monday water started coming out of the machine from bottom of the machine and this all happend after the repair done on Saturday.

Called the service center immediately and a lady picked up and was very rude in speaking. She was stressing on the last issue rather speaking on my current issue. she blamed me for putting the coin in the machine.. she told me that the mistake was done by you on the last issue technician will come and check the new issue... Hello is this service center??? Sorry you have kept unprofessional people who is ruining it more. the call was not helpful rather a blame game which was done from her end.

I had requested for technician to be send by 6 pm but he came after 9 and stayed til 10 pm. this shows how timely service is done.

This is to inform you that i had raised complaint form 19th march 2022 and till date my issue had been not resolved even i didn't receive any call from your end.

Also i had called many time but getting same replay from your associate that address is not getting mapped requesting you to kindly go through the complaint no PUN19032255139 and try to resolved as soon as possible.

We bought a WPL REF 14322-NEOIC355 TCGB4 GRAPHITE Refrigerator from Whirlpool on 14 April 2013. It came with a 5-year warranty on the compressor. The compressor stopped working, and technicians upon complaints to the whirlpool, technicians from HD SERVICES were sent to replace the compressor on 5 March 2021. We paid full price for the newly installed compressor as it was out of the warranty period.

Following that, on 11 June 2022, we made a complaint about a foul odor coming from the fridge to the whirlpool company. On 12 June 2022, a technician from Jagdamba Enterprise was sent, and detected some issue in the timer of the fridge and fixed it. We paid full money for the service, timer, and OLP.

On the same day, that is 12 June 2022, the fridge lost its cooling. After several calls to the same technician, he came on 18 June 2022, to look into it, and detected that the gas was finished.
We again paid for services for the gas filling.

Following that, on 23 September 2022, we again made a complaint about a foul odor and loss of cooling in the fridge. The technician came on 25 September 2022 and changed the Defrost timer and took service charges that we paid in full.

But on the same day, after a few minutes, the fridge again showed the same problems. We tried contacting whirlpool but our calls were left unanswered, we also made several calls to the technician who came to fix the fridge on 29 September 2022. Now, he detected some problems with the compressor again. Which he says is out of warranty. As the compressor only has a 1-year warranty with it.

We fail to understand, why upon buying the fridge were offered a five-year warranty, and now that we have installed a completely new compressor we're only provided with a 1-year warranty. Even when we paid for a completely new compressor.

Moreover, this has happened to us twice wherein, a technician comes and detects a small problem with the fridge, "fixes it" and leaves. but the problem with our fridge remains and upon further contacting them for help, they only show up 3-4 days later when there's a bigger and more expensive problem with our device.
