We got above TV repaired at one on Sony's authorized centers in Noida recently about 2 weeks back and we were told that there was some problem in the motherboard. After installation, TV is not receiving pictures at all - No sound and no vedio. We called customer care several times but there is no response. Kindly help us to start the TV. Your response by return is requested.

I would like to bring into your notice that I am one of the favourite of Sony brand customer and we had brought the Sony TV from your authorized sale center at vizianagaram in the year 2016 Model No.KD-43X8300D( T.N.518852501) on Dt.26.10.2016 with an amount of Rs.76,000/- with Bajaj Finance.

Unfortunately after completion of the warranty validation period while watching TV starting a problem from bottom to top turned double the picture and screen black blurred with horizontal lines on full screen. At present there is no sufficient for watching the TV properly.

In this connection, we have contact the concerned service center and they send the technician visited my home, inspected and found the panel board problem but they were demanded various different price of panel board cost in every year from time to time visits for the last few years. In this year again I have contact the service center and visited on Dated 02.06.2021 it is needed to replacement of panel board which is demanded nearly for Rs.25,000/- and also stated that it will take nearly 30days by order to Sony company due to covid. In these two conditions I have accepted and an amount of Rs.3,000/- have already been paid on 02.06.2021 through phone pay towards advance payment of panel board cost.

In the mean while, the concerned head of service center, Srikakulam has informed me by phone message on Dt.08.06.2021 that the panel board is not available at our Sony Company for which you may send your TV to Srikakulam through vehicle for rectify the repairs at our service center level otherwise to exchange the New TV offer from Sony Company subject to payment of 50% present model Sony TV model cost.

After facing very much confusion and bad experiences from Sony TV service center, it is clearly showing that they are not taking about customers care properly. As such, We have logged a complaint against the carelessness and irresponsible action by the service center people even though lapse of few years the panel board problem is continued even till today.

In view of the above mentioned bad situations struggled as a Sony brand customer, l request to look into the matter personally and give me proper justice in this matter to solve problem without talking anymore time and to make urgent necessary arrangements to replacement of of new panel board otherwise to exchange the present new model Sony TV with free of cost with extended warranty in the interest of customer satisfaction as your Sony brand TV is very popular reputed organized well established company. Customers care and satisfaction is very important to anyone of the company.

Therefore, Early action may be solicited in the matter.

I have Sony Bravia TV model KLV-40W562D. For the past one month I face problems with the virtual keyboard which vanishes for Youtube. It was resolved by the customer care 25 days ago, however since yesterday the problem has reoccured and after making 25 calls to Customer care, the problem has not been resolved. From what I have learnt from the dealer and Customer care representatives this is a backend software issue which is not getting resolved, which renders this model of smart TV useless for viewing You tube.

Your authorised Sony service centre KR electronics cheated me and so bad behaviors and irrespective delayed my work. Pls solve my problem. On 19.08.2021 take my tv 43 inch for new panel. Actually panel price includes all taxes 17000 but they took 15000 advance and tell 21500 amount, very bad. Now tells panel process pending take much time nearly 20 days, who is responsible for delay and my 15000 amount hold.

Sir, suddenly sound of my TV model nokdl-32w700b had broken down on18th october.I registered acomplaint.Your technician has come & said that speaker is damaged totally. I confirmed to install a new speaker, but till now they don't install it.I again registered a complaint today. My complaint no-67800833. They are saying that model is old,we have no parts. So I request you to take the matter seriously & help me to resolve my problem.

I had bought LED TV from Vijay sales market , Mumbai in 4th sept 2020. After few months working i.e 2-3months work hardly and TV screen was not displaying properly and remote was also not working. Called service centre under warranty, he came and said that display had gone so if u hv a new display it will cost too much. Ur tv is warranty so u will get a tv in exchange but of 35 inch and whose model no. is KLV-32R202G on sept 2021. Hardly 2.5month passed and tv had a same situation. I kindly request to customer service center whomever read by Sony service man or any other leadership. Plzz try to help us as costings of tv is too much high for my family but don't just read and leave it. Help us under humanitarian grounds.

I wish I will get a chance to advertise ur service more of I get ur service ground more better n best.

I have purchased this product (SONY SA-D100 Portable Bluetooth Home Theatre) in 2016 and till now i have visited care and care service center in prayagraj 3 times and i paid 2400, 3200 and 2600 respectively. Last time i submitted my product on 7-2-2022 and received it on 19-2-2022 and told to pay rs 2600 and warranty 90days . They didn't gave me any bill Or in written for this. It played good in service center but when I played it at home it's source automatically changes. I rarely played 1or 2songs.I called service center for this they told to submit the product and i have submitted it on 23-2-2022 and i received it on 24-2-2022 but the same problem appears and it's source automatically changes. I called them and they again told me to submit the product. Sir I want to know how many times I have to visit the service center. Sir please solve my problem or instead upgrade with latest model and i m ready to pay the rest amount. Serial no. 6183794

My Sony Bravia TV suddenly stopped working and only audio was working. When I called the customer service the advice given by the service personnel on phone enabled me to start my TV again. I thank the customer support for the prompt response.

I have purchased LED TV 32" on 15/06/2019. Picture Problem start from 22/11/2019 complain ID 57335186 at last picture is not seen on the screen only sound. It shows that problem had started within 5 months of purchase new TV. This can shows that this TV is manufacturing defect but while customer purchase TV then nobody will be help the customer.

I purchase sony earbud WF- XB700 on dt.23-04-2022 on flipkart. R (right) earbud is not working from last 15 days. When i contact sony care they say the saler is not authorised seller of sony. then you complain on sony website. (seller is BUZZ RETAIL INDIA P.LTD) Then what about my earbud or company warranty. So please solve my problem your loveable customer, SONY... i hope you don't like to lose your loveable customer like me. Thank.

I have purchased a Sony ILCE-7M4 full frame camera on 18th august 2022 and I registered a warranty extension in Sony alpha community website still my warranty in review. I didn't get any confirmation mail form your side kindly check my warranty extension ASAP.

I purchased SONY LED TV MODEL NUMBER KD-50X75,Serial No.7026924 on 4th October,2022, B-Type, Second Innings, Saligramam, Chennai 93. After purchase of 2 days, On/Off LED light is not working, informed the Sony Technician for rectifying the fault. As a customer, I bought Sony because of its brand name and trust but the quality of the Sony TV is really poor and it is bad experience for me and my family.
