I am having a 32 inch videocon tv which is in warranty period and on 8 th september my tv stop showing visual , only audio is coming. After that i call to the videocon customer care center and a engineer come on 14 sept and took 500 rupees and told me that your back light have to replace and told me to wait for 10 - 15 days but since that time. i am not getting my back light and my tv remains useless since 50 days, this is your service.

In 25 days service center is not able to arrange a common spare part i.e bulb of led tv, customer care is unknown of status. One of the worst service i have ever faced.

No relevance is given to the customer calls even after calling time & again. Worst service centre owned by Videocon Electronics. Foolish are the people deals with videocon. A higher need or requirement to make a big improve in customer care service.

I have one problem. i have bought on 18/03/2016 videocon led 40 tv on which warranty is 3 year. model VJU40FH18XAH (DDB) VIDEOCON which of it had happened problem of 16/09/2018. i have done complain that day i called him, he came after 3 day and he told that panel is not working it will be change after few day. but sir now i did not gate any responsibly today has 3 months but i have done of consumer care. consumer care was saying that you will have to do complain this number (1052457) then sir when will i get advantage

Very very very bad service of videocon. 2 month hone wale hai. Jab b call karo costmer care wale 1 hi baat bolte ho. Lcd ka part kyu nahi aa raha.

We have registered our complaint from so manys months about our T.V as the display part for our T.V has not reached out till us. Please take some efforts to clear our problems as fast as you can.

Third class service from the company.

Without solving my problem company has closed my complaint. How dare this?It is not fare. I will say all consumers that never purchase any products of videocon.

No update on complaint for more than a year now. No update or communication after several follow-ups. This is very disappointing and would like to escalate it to higher reporting authority. please help.

Tv connect nhi ho rhi hai. Tv ko phone se connect kese kre.

Visiting charge 350 ke Jagah 650 rupee mangta hai plus door gasket rubber ka charge.

I registered a complaint of videocon refrigerator on customer care no. After that the technician visit and told that compressor not working and need to replace. They put request for new compressor. Part was approved on dated 17.07.2021 But part still not dispatched. I will call in customer care 3-4 time they response it will dispatched soon. But still not dispatched. Very bad service.

I wrote a complaint on 12/3/2021 that my videocon LED television, wasn't working due to some technical issues. After that a service engineer came at my home from your service center and told me that, "Your Television panel will be changed through our company center." But 7 months are over no service engineer came to my home to arrange the panel. And my T.V is still not working.

I am facing too much problems because of this reason.Your company use to tell us everytime that our panel would be changed but they haven't done what they said. Are we just being fooled by your compony? Or should we go to the consumer court?

Hello everyone,

I had purchased one videocon refrigerator 4 years back. Now there is issue in compressor and engineer has visited and logged one pending for compressor. Now its and and half month, I am waiting for the compressor. I am following on email and talking to customer care center everyday. No one is responding properly.

I have called on 9 november 2021 for service and resolve the refrigerator noise problem. the service executive visited and told for change the spare parts. I have given him the service charge also. he told that he will request for the spare parts, today its 7 may 2022 it have been 7 months but no service and spare parts from videocon. I have called many times to customer service but they always says parts have been approved and ready to dispatch. very worst service from videocon.
