I have ordered a product from the paytm mall app with order no. 6162016672. The product is showing that it is delivered but its not delivered yet to me neither any delivery boy called me before delivery. My contact no. Is 9621629640. You are fraud paytm mall. I suggest all to not believe on this site and don't order any product from this app.

I am surprised and shocked to see this type of froud from paytm. This is not about money, it is trust which you have broken. Attached pics are self explanatory of this cheating. I have purchased first product from paytm and you made it last. Very bad and shame on entire process from packing to delivery.

The top box was packed with paytm logo tape and inner mobile box was damaged and was surprised to see dead Sony mobile with dead and broken screen instead of Moto e5plus. I need not only refund immediately but also want to know where and how this trust breaking happened.

I have booked the consignment AWB number 2562876119 and the ecom delivery boy visited my address and asked me the OTP and didnt get any OTP from anywhere and after he return back without deliver the packet. Again i complaint against the package non receipt and my complaint number 152361921 and again i called your paytm mall complaint number again. The next day your ecom delivery boy called me and said ,he is coming to deliver the package. But i have wait for him upto 7 o clock in my office where the delivery address quoted in order. But nobody isnt come to deliver the package. Again i called e com and paytm mall, but they said wait for upto 8th. I dont know they are making me fool and they are charging the full amount on booking time in advance.... Still i am waiting to get my package.

As i was raised my concern to Paytm team regarding wrong sending of my Money to my mobile number 9911250093 which was not using by us from last two months. So my kind request to you kindly refund my money to my paytm account whose number is 9560392702.I am attaching the letter where transaction Ids was there for your references.

Your cooperation is highly appreciated to resolve the concern.
