सर मेरी लड़की के स्टूडेंट अकाउंट में वजीफे के 37000 रुपए आए हुए हैं जबकि बैंक के मैनेजर देने से मना कर रहा है। बोलता है कि फादर मदर को दोनों को अकाउंट खुलवाना पड़ेगा तभी आप के रुपए देंगे वरना नहीं देंगे। प्रार्थी बीपीएल कैटेगरी से हैं एवं मैनेजर और स्टाफ द्वारा अकाउंट खुलवाने के लिए बाध्य किया जा रहा है। प्रार्थी के द्वारा अनेक बार विनती करने के बावजूद भी कृपया मेरी हेल्प करें। प्रार्थी को घर चलाने के लिए रूपए की सख्त आवश्यकता है।

I went to j&k bank atm. The amount of 500 was debited from my account but not remitted by atm so far, i have not received Rs 500 back in my account. Kindly reverse my payment and look my issue that i will receive my payment.

कल रात 9:02 मिनट पर मेरे अकाउंट से ₹10000 निकल गए कस्टमर केयर से बात करने पर पता चला कि आप के आधार कार्ड का उपयोग करके पैसे निकाले गए हैं कंप्लेन दर्ज कराने पर अभी तक कंप्लेंट नंबर नहीं प्राप्त हुआ है फिर कृपया मुझे कंपलेन नंबर देने का कष्ट करें.

Sir Maine 19/10/2021ko ATM se 10000rupya nikalne gya tha or paisa nhi nikla but mere account set 10000rupya kt gya ..iske baad Maine costmor care se baat ki to usne 7 days ka time manga but aaj 10 din ho gya or abhi tk paisa account me nhi aaya Mere.

Plz sir kuch kriye.

My father Late Ex JWO Siddique Ali was holding a defence pension joint account with my mother (Khatoon Nisha Begum) in PNB rajahi nandanagar Gorakhpur. On 8 may 21 my father expired due to covid and after that my mother moved to chennai to my brother's place . All the necessary documents were submitted after the death for starting of family pension, which has started on the name of my mother. The joint account is to be converted in single account and after that only other defence formalities can be done. Since one month she is frequently visiting the branch but lame excuses are given by the staff and she is told to come on some other day . I am also serving in Indian Air Force and for this task I have to come on leave. Today again I have submitted a application for converting the account and again I was told to come after 2 days to check wether it is done or not. after struggling for 15 days the pass book was updated and inspite of giving all the documents her full name as mentioned in the account is not printed on pass book, when I approached for this issue to bank manager Mr Lal he replied this is not my job and I am not a computer engineer and I cannot print the full name on the pass book. The staff is very rude and arrogant. A helper working in the bank is given responsibility to update and issue the pass books. Even the staff is also not displaying their names and when asked they tell " jisko bolna hai bol do main naam nahi bataunga aur aaj kaam nahi hoga". The old debit card issued is also blocked and she is not able to take out any money even for daily expenses. After serving the nation for 35 years this response was not expected by my parents. It is really pathetic to see my senior citizen and ailing mother to walk over to the bank frequently for this simple process.

The staff is telling the customers to visit cyber cafe which is front of the bank to open new account. there are many old customers who are not able to operate a feature phone are also compelled to open the account online. in this era of digitization for a simple life certificate which other banks are giving by a simple process of fingerprint reader this bank is still making the process by asking to fill a form and submit it along with photocopy of PAN card, Aadhar card and passbook .

I have open online saving account.i submitted all details .but in last adress detail
I submitted the datail but ask my adhar and pan not correct .also one option is expiry date of adrees prof..ther is no expiry date.so tel mi wht is the next option to solve this problem.

Sir main 75%disabled persons hun. maine apni dadi ka death claim all papers 04-01-2022 ko submit ko kar diye magar uska abhi tak koi hal nahi hua hai main bar bar bank ke chakkar laga kar preshan ho gaya hun mujhe har bar 15,20 din ka time de deten hain aur koi samadhan nahi hota hai. har bar koi naya bhana bana kar mujhe bejh Diya jata hai.main disabled hone ke karn bar bar bank nahi ja sakta hun kirpiya aap meri samsya ka samadhan karen main aapka hmesha aabhari rahunga dhanyawad. Aapki ati kirpa hogi.

On PNB one app I filled the customer ID but it says customer ID is not right.

Unnecessary amount deduction of my account. please tell me why should deduct this amount and please contact me immediately. Otherwise give branch contact number of dhanas, chandigarh.
