I Kulwant Singh running my paint, hardware and sanitary business from last 35 yrs. I requested you get in touch three times that i want to become dealer of your company. But your Amritsar staff behaviour is sooo rude. Mr. Ram mahajan area manager he has no manners how to deal a dealer. I requested your company to deal with me but mr. Mahajan even he dont call me once time very bad. If you dont satsify a dealer how you satisfy a customer.

I am very disappointing from your Amritsar staff and service. They dont have value of a person . If u dont want to deal me tell me openly i contact others paints company. My contact no. 9814871625.

Hi,

We had purchased 10 litres impressions paint dated 09.03.2018. They had hidden the manufacturing date by their sticker and cheated on us by selling us old ageing stock of the year march 2015 by showing new stocks of 2018.

We had asked to replace the product but the utkal dealer Maliwara had started abusing and threatening us and our painters too for disclosing the issues. They had taken money on counter previously and when the product handed to us it was found ageing stock and he had not returned our paid money.

We had complained to customer care personal and Mr.piyush Arora Area manager too. The invoice no. Is 426.

We are not going to tolerate such cheating and nerolac paint ageing products are circulating in market is subjective to the consumer forum defaulting cases, where sales team and distribution department are also directly held responsible for such defaultation towards the customers.

Why old stock is not removes from market and why old stock is impersonating as new stock.

Kindly resolve issues as soon as possible. All the delaying period and injuries would be held as per equal terms and conditions mentioned over the invoice slip under jurisdiction of Ghaziabad court of law.

I have bought a Nerolac surasha plus 20 ltr from Maa bhagwat trading shop. But when I checked it at home it seal opened,or paint backet is not full quantity.

I am use nerolac exterior paint but in this paint show spots after some days when come sun light on this colour.

TAKEN Material from Radha Givinda Hardware... shed no 2847 loose its color to lighter body color after painting of almost 80 hrs.

DEALER IS NOT Listening our complain. Pls send your authorized dealer to inspect the same and give solution as of now only 1 forth work is completed.. rest is due. It's in kolkata Baguihati.

Shall appreciate your prompt action.

Hi,

I purchased Nerolac Beauty Gold 18lts(color code : 4247) along with strainer from Behera trading company, Chandra shekharpur , Bhubaneswar on 30th October 2020 with amount 10000rs on Phone pay.

The color of the house completely changed within one year. I have attached painting time photo along with current house photo along with video. Both Nerolac Dealer and company Manager along with Supervisor visited place and there is no update yet. I gave complain in the company site mentioned email "COMPLAINTS @NEROLAC.COM". There is no response yet. I called company Toll free number 18002092092 but there is no response.

I also attached Phone pay receipt from dealer. I paid my hard earned money , in return i got nothing.

Please help me in this matter. Thanks for support. I feel cheated.

Paint work has started at our house since 2nd May 2022 and the experience we are getting is worst and highly disappointing...we are getting our 3 BHK flat painted and the colors we chose for rooms are surprisingly coming out wrongly mixed and the labor and Area Manager want us to adjust and accept it...Is it a some kind of joke ....?? Very unprofessional behavior by the staff and specially by the area manager (Mr.Nirmal Singh) Gurgaon..First he said "humne pehle hi aapko bahut kam price quote kiya hai hamare liye to ghate( loss) ki site ho gai h" when we asked him to get the chosen colors and we don't want wrong colors....when all colors are coming wrongly mixed then how customer is responsible and why we will listen to your story ..we didn't force you to come and paint ...and the painters are highly unprofessional and annoying as they are not ready to accept their mistakes and don't want to rectify them..this is so annoying that when we hire someone from highly reputed company so atleast we expect some kind of professionalism and service as per commitment but don't expect this from Nerolac...so so disappointing and rude and unprofessional behavior...Work is already delayed and still waiting to get the right colors....will not recommend Nerolac to anyone...Sirdard chahiye to "Nerolac " ko bulayiye... I hope to get a response.

My Nerolac colour scapes AGS machine is working from last 15months. Take necessary action to repair my machine.

Very bad applicators. They even don’t know how to sequence the working. I curse the moment when I decided to employ these people.

Dear Officer in charge,

I recently purchased your paint from a shop in Nagapattinam. It has been by far the worst painting experience I have ever had. I usually use asianpaints and wanted to try out the nerolac paint this time. It was very disappointing to say the very least.

After 5 coats, the white wall underneath was still visible. You can refer to the attached photo.

We had some of your Nagapattinam officers come and take a look at the patchy wall. They immediately blamed the water used. When I was using Asianpaints, I used the same water but never had any issues. How is it that the water has affected your paint? This is really ridiculous. If the water added makes a difference per your officer, why was this not informed to me upon purchase. Due to this issue, a 5 day work job got extended to a 2 week job.

Kindly let me know if I can be compensated for this.
