My name ia manisha. i have purchased vespa vxl model on 15 sept 2020 it has been 5 months...from last 1 month this scooter is giving excess problem like it stops functioning by itself doesn't starts for hours even when i show it to technician then also it doesn't start for more than 18 times it happened...in middle of the traffic or in deserted locations...more than 5 times i have shown it to technician or on service centre. i am feeling cheated... Have roamed half of the city by dragging this scooter... every now and then i have to visit service centre for servicing...i am just pissed off. There subdealers are also idiots they don't know how to talk with customers...in case of emergency i dragged the scooter for 1 km to the subdealer's shop nd the subdealer told me" it is your fault that you purchased this scooter... i didn't came to ur house for convincing u to purchase this....handle ur problems urself... I can't help"... this scooter is so waste. i just can't handle this situation anymore please ...return or exchange this defected product. Even now also the scooter is in service centre for servicing.... you people sold me a pathetic scooter. i don't want any further repair please exchange your product or you people leave me no other choice except... for going legal.

Purchased a Vespa scooter on 07.11.2019 in the name of ARCHANADEVI M. Battery got problematic. When enquired with Vivima motors P.P.CHAVADI, MADURAI Dealer query not handled properly. Moreover informed that battery cannot be replaced as it is above due date. But there is still 2 months left for replacement. Kindly expedite your reply.

I have given my scooter to the service center for minor repairs. Its been a week and even haven't attended my calls. Not also customer service has given me the worst experience. Please make a solution for my problem.

Good day Team Piaggio,

Last week 30/07/2021 i got my new VESPA VXL scooter from KERALA ,THRISSUR- DEALER : AVARAN ASSOCIATES , Now with in this 3 days already 2 time they changed the battery. We need an proper solution for this issue from company side ,now under this pandemic situations we cant possible to go around for this issue.

I have bought my Vespa vxl 125cc in Feb 2021 from Bangalore Avnish showroom Lalbagh and after first service problem has been start first problem in headlight it's not working second after riding 40Km it's stop automatically third problem they have written wrong name in RC book I have compliant so many times but they didn't resolve my problem and I have given the feedback also regarding this but still they didn't resolve. I have called to customer care and mailed also to your official mail id but I didn't get a reply and your service center only deny my problem so now tell me what I do?

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the service center in Belgaum Karnataka is not providing proper service.

My wife Dr. NAZIMA KHAN owns vespa 150, red colour & it is 4 years since I have bought it.

On August 9th, 2021 she had left her vespa for service, since then regularly its has cold start problem & it shuts down at lower acceleration. After the service for three times she had been to the service center with the same issue, all the three times they repaired it without any change in its state..

I just don't want to go to your service center henceforth.. U have lost a customer for life. Very much disappointed & disheartened.

I own Honda, Tvs & Bajaj motorcycles, never I had seen such callous attitude of service providers.

Hi,

I purchased Vespa VXL 150 4 months back and I stay in Mussoorie. First, it was running good but the performance went down after 1st servicing, 2 days back I did 2nd receiving, and pick up has gone further down. It has just run for 1000km so far. The only reason I bought Vespa was so I could get good performance. Now I riding it alone and with a passenger, it is difficult to ride uphill. I have Access 125cc, 2 years old and it can carry more weight than the Vespa 150cc.

Kindly guide me on what needs to be done. I highlighted the pick-up issue with the service center and they said it is resolved but performance is worst after the second servicing.

I am swarn rashmi toppo and this as to inform you about the worst experience that I received from Vespa service center.srima motors llP, neredmet x road, malkajgiri, hyderabad, dealer code INS4TLS303, i have given my Vespa vxl 125fl in feb 2022 (inv.no. s12100002561 dated 07/02/2022) and may 2022 (s12200000526 dated 25.05.2022) with same problem of digital fuel indicator showing erratic reading, sound in front side, and locking problem. in Feb. 2022 they fixed front handlebar cover worth of Rs. 688/- (charged from me) to solve the front side sound problem but with in few days same problem repeated, remain problem unsolved and in may 2022 again I have given my Vespa with same problem, these time they didn't solved any issue due to non availability of stock, my problem are unsolved in two service and i raised query in Vespa customer care but I didn't get any response and feedback form your customer care, I am very disappointed from your service and your customer care.

I felt very proud when I purchased Vespa but with in one year I got problem of all above, I disappointed from your service and response.

Dear sir/madam,here informing you I purchased Vespa scooty red dragon color in M/S SHIVAM MOTORS in MAHABUBNAGAR DISTRICT TELANGANA STATE. on March 17th.chassis no MET000007A1D005824, ENGINE NUM M853M3041386. still one servicing not completed,run by 300km. one day suddenly struct my scooter on middle of road.i went and asked to Shivam motors, they told fuel pump failed.what is this nonsense for new bike how to failed fuel pump. i want replacement. vespa is my dream scooter but it is very dissapointed me. Please do the solution as early as possible. other wise I will go the consumer court.

My name is Jancy Mary. D, I have taken vespa two wheeler in the show room of Trichy, Tamilnadu (M/s. AKB Motors., Tiruchirappalli) on March 4th 2022. i have a 4 problems in my bike, those are the sound of engine was very high, less pick up giving 20km mileage only, can't close side stand fully, mainly engine releasing smoke These 4 problems are i am facing from my bike purchase date onwards. i have completed 1 service. within 100 days i m facing all these problems., im totally disappointed I already inform to the dealer but there is no response. they are giving lethogical answer. If you can solve this problem ok otherwise please give me the replacement..

I booked vespa new vehicle in Coimbatore showroom, but they delivered on the time I saw some damage in vehicle and some place paint peel and scratch. So immediately take photos and send to showroom manager, he told tomorrow bring me vehicle so handover vehicle. But manager told I replaced that body or spay new paint but I not satisfied, I want new vehicle.

13 sep 22 i had been visit kadiwala automative Ahmedabad, india for changing for wheel rim (rear). They cost me for 1650 but then i realised it's original cost is only 850. so they take me 2 Times greater amount and the sales manager is: Saddam Khansuriya & above all that day I just serviced my vesspa at jolly Italia Ahmedabad, india and they all charged me 3660 but after long realisation they send me some screenshots that they charged me 207 amount with extra cost and still on 23 sep 22 i can't get call form my money back or original hard or soft copy of bill. so I'm f**king died hard with your ridiculous and disgusting services.

Im writing this letter is reference to my bike that I bought from SRI KOVAI BHAIRAVAA, RAMANATHAPURAM-641045 on the date of 7th sep 2022, model Vespa ZX . I got this bike serviced when it was 250 km on one month before. I’m writing this letter to bring into your kind consideration this issue I have faced . Previously the head light BULB has FUSED on night time , after that they came got my bike and changed and after that two days back BIKE ITS NOT STARTED . I raised a complaint with MALAR the person who has approach . (+91 95*****). And another one person Mr Vigneshwaran he asked me to wait for a day but stil I didn’t receive any clarification, I’m very disappointed with their actions . The mentioned issue which was not expected from the vehicle after serviced . It is to request you to kindly look into the same. I shall be highly thankful

All visits go waste and empty handed. No charger, no rear view, no fish, no seat cover, no shockers. Just fed up. In absence of owners, employees are less cooperative. Please help by ordering agency to keep stock of atleast 30 units of all spares.

Sir i have purchased the Vespa in the Year 2017. Now the fuel tank started leaking. On visiting nearby service center, I requested them to project my problem to the company, being a manufacturing defect, but they declined, and advised me to change the fuel tank after payment. I have filed my complaint on customer care twice but they did not give me the complaint number. I need your help in this matter being a manufacturer defect.

Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice of the issues I have been facing since I purchased my vehicle in 2017, for almost a year of fighting and raising complaint on Facebook with Vespa on the Italy page finally someone from the Pune Team reached me. The Vehicle was sold with Defective Rear Shock. Since then every servicing I send the vehicle to I get consecutive complaints. They keep scratches on vehicle. They have broken the plastics near the handle and stuck it with some gum. I got my Accelerator cable cut replaced recently. Within 2 months I face the same problem. Recent service was the worst one. I have got, I have asked for pick up and drop. They deny the drop and ask me to pay extra. They have charge 900 + 150 for cable replacement, 450 for Service + 200 for pick and drop. This is really frustrating. They never fixed the Plastic sounds. I have been only raising complaints and fighting for now use. Is there someone who can look into the issue and help he in getting things right.

Respected Sir,

I am a customer using a Vespa bike with the above registration number since the past 10 years. Yesterday the rear brake cable of my bike snapped and broke.

I visited the Vespa Service Centre located at Kedari Nagar, Wanowrie to change the brake cable at 12:45 pm (21st June). The supervisor at the Centre was very understanding and asked for the cable to be replaced immediately.

One Mr. Kamble who prepares the job card was asked to prepare the card and do it at the earliest. the worker Atik was ready to do it. But Mr. Kamble was not cooperating didn't seem interested to help and asked me to come at 5:00 pm to collect my vehicle.

I explained to him that its just a 1/2 hour job and since the supervisor was cooperating why he was not listening. BUT HE REFUSED.

Is this the customer service you give your old customers? I was totally disappointed with the attitude of mr. Kamble. And is the decision of this one person final. You shouldnt have such inefficient staff who cant be sensitive to their customers.

I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND NOT TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR MINOR WORKS TO BE DONE.
