This is to inform you that I booked two ticket S.S yadav age 23 from and delhi to prayagraj and New Delhi anand bihar to prayagraj dated 03—11-2021 and same had been cancelled due to some reason. Appreciate 13 day spent but till dated amount not refunded by irctc to the same account. So please do the same. My transactions.

I tried to book ticket...failed... Rs.2276.10 deducted by Ref. MEDR/IRCTC/93502 on15/11/2021 at 1.32pm. I tried 2nd time.. ticked booked . Rs.2176.10 deducted..REF.MEDR/IRCTC/52030 on 15/11/2021 at 2.21pm. It is8 days gone...no refund of first payment. I do not understand why refund not given next day??
This govt. body use our hard earned money for days... Lakhs of people book...no refund earlier and thousands of crores rupees they utilise... pl refund earliest.
