Last date is Nov 11 ...n flipkart is cancelling my refund 3 times they have cancelled ...I have ordered on Oct 20 n cancelling since then onwards because of my size issue just refund my money in my bank account. so I can purchase the next products that fits me well.

I have placed an order Hindware 3 L Instant Water Geyser on Dated 18/11/2020, Order ID OD120252163592528000. Your courier partner sent me a text message at 8:30am. According to this message my order delivered me at same date (21/11/2020) before 7 pm.

But he didn’t contact me on same date till today. When I called your service centre 21/11/2020 they commit me to deliver the product on 28/11/2020 and after 28/11/2020 they failed to deliver and again commit that your order deliver on 01/12/2020 after 1/12/2020 they failed to deliver and again commit that your order deliver on 05/12/2020 after 05/12/2020 they failed to deliver and again commit that your order deliver on 09/12/2020 after 09/12/2020 they failed to deliver and again commit that your order deliver on 12/12/2020 again and again till date.

Today I called your service centre they always said wait 24 hour I am many time requested executive to talk your senior executive to me. He transferred my call but no one picked it up after waiting for 50 mins. customer care executive close my complaint without my confirmation. THIS IS A POOR, CHEAP AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE PROVIDE BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE.

Ordered one phone through flipkart on 10th Apr'21. The delivery date was shown as 13th Apr'21. but still i didn't receive the mobile. 13th Apr'21 i got a message order was out of delivery and i called the provided number in that message but they have not picked my call. i tried to call flipkart customer care and i informed all, they told me to register the complaint and get resolution on 20th apr'21. yesterday(20th Apr'21) I called and asked about the status of the complaint, and the executive told me to wait until he will check.but the call got disconnected, I didn't get any call back from the executive. again i requested for the call. again they call the same thing . yesterday i requested 5 calls each time I needed to explain my problem.they told me please wait until 21st apr'21. today also called flipkart still they are not sure about when i will get my product. This type of service is never ever expected from flipkart. never got worse service.

I placed an order on the Flipkart site and purchased a Treo 310 ml Jars set priced Rs.409/-. This product was delivered to me on 17/6/2021. Within half an hour of delivery, I opened the box and found that one jar was broken and instead of 310 ml size jars, of 210 ml size jars were delivered to me. I immediately lodged the complaint and requested for return which was accepted by the Flipkart representative. The return was picked up by one Sh. Vinod Kumar on 20/6/2021 between 12 to 1 pm. I received the message through SMS that pick up is completed and refund be issued. My orders on Flipkart site also reflected that product returned and picked up on 20/6/2021; However to my surprise on 20/6/2021 itself at 6.23 pm, I received a contradictory message to the effect that my return and refund are refused. Having first accepted my request return & and having picked up by the representative of Flipkart, this sudden U turn has caused me immense distress mental harassment.

Since 17/6/2021, I was in constant touch with Flipkart representatives and requested them for refund of my money and on each occasion, I was assured that I would get my refund and Flipkart team will get in touch with me, unfortunately till now nobody even bothered to call me or to respond to my request. Now I am being made to go about in circles with no relief in sight. Each time I give a call a different representative of Flipkart attended my call and have each time been given false assurances. The fact that despite fact that the items ordered have been picked up by the representative of Flipkart and return confirmed yet for unknown reasons My money as not been refunded to me as yet. It is evident that having first accepted my request for return and refund and having picked up the return items an unfair practice is being adopted and injustice has been meted out to me. Not only am I out of pocket, having paid the price but unbroken jars have also been taken back on 20/6/2021 by Sh. Vinod Kumar, representative of Flipkart, under such circumstance the dragging of feet in making my refund not only amounts to unfair trade practice but also fraudulent cheating.

To my distress I find that the representatives of Flipkart are more interested in getting good feedback from the customers instead of resolving the concerned issue. Since 17/6/2021 I give at least three/four calls which are attended by different representatives of Flipkart but till date my refund is not issued. This incident has severely dented my faith in Flipkart and I fear that I have made a large number of orders and if I receive a faulty / broken or wrong product, I shall not get refund of my moneys even after having returned the product and shall definitely be charry of making further purchases on your site.

Kindly look into the matter and make my refund at the earliest. I write this mail in anticipation of a quick response and refund.

I received a damaged product from Flipkart. When I ask them to refund the product, they do the replacement.The seven-day return policy at the time of booking is now a replacement.very very bad service flipkart. I would request everyone not to buy anything from Flipkart apps.

Sir i had bought bluetooth of boat from flipkart which i got on 11th july 2021 but it was found in different color. I complained to flipkart for replacement which got delivery date of 14th July 2021 but I was not in that Delhi so could not take it. When I came to Delhi. Second time i complained to flipkart i didn't get my replacement and please give me my ordered item. Because I have another color. But today till date. I have not received the replacement I want to be given the replacement and ordered the product.

I have order for shirt but delivered a pant. The most crucial thing is Flipkart has not given options to select refund or return the item in the site page myorders. Their call center is not working, and customer will not have any option to communicate and solve the issues. Flipkart is a blunder and cheating people now a days. Better not to by any products thru Flipkart. it is a waste of money.

I want to return the fittness bike which I ordered from flipkart as it not yet Installed at my place and after several complains also there no response at all from flipkart. Refund my amount asap.

I availed pay later account and the bill amount was ₹ 2761/- which is due for payment on 5th of Sep 21. Return pickup of ₹ 399/- was done on 1st Sep and the final bill was ₹ 2362/- out of which I paid ₹ 862/- and thought of settling the balance after due pickup (However I have paid the bill inclusive of the fee). But the company has charged me convenience fee of ₹ 240/-.

Thus the company has resorted to unfair trade practices which is highly condemnable.

I am a regular customer from your online side.but when i receive that product its totally different .its a hand watch .so i immediately inform your customer support team ,they ask me to replace it. but after some days its come to my address but the courier boy not pick that item.he said me to again put a complaint to flipkart then they replace it.

I am P Devi Prasad Patra a plus plus member of flipkart. On this big billion offer days i have initiate a purchase a noise Colorfit Qube SP02 charcoal black smart watch vide id - od123031246799208000. On sunday 10/10/2021 i have received a call from your logistics partner approx 7:30pm-8pm they call me for received the order as i am travelling in bus. so i request him to deliver on next day morning on 11/11/2021 i will be available he agreed and told me that plz share otp for receive and gave his personal number for receive the same on next day morning but i denied, i request him to please deliver me on next day. Your logistics partner haven't call me after than when i see on 12/12/2021 it is showing as return accepted. But i am not initiate return than i request a call from your support to resolve my query but they are unable to resolve my query. They told me to repurchase it but now the amount showing 4999 more than 3400 rupees if there is no fault and i haven't initiated return than why should i pay extra amount.It is totally wrong of your courier partner. It seems like flipkart is making us fool by the name of big billion.

Dear kalyan sir need your intervention in it and resolve my issue.

This is totally not my fault this is the wrong of your logistics partner than i eill blame to flipkart. If this will not resolve than i cancel my all order and tell my family member to don't order from flipkart.

Hi,

My name is Chaitanya Emany. I ordered MI 5x 55inch 4k Ultra HD tv on 10th october.My TV delivery date is on Oct 13 & installation is on Oct 14th. I requested the customer care to deliver it on the 13th at the earliest and requested for the installation on the same day, as I'll not be available later. I called customer support, number of times yesterday and my product was not delivered and it was delayed. I have contacted the support team and they disconnected in between and I waited for a call back which I didn't get. Today on Oct 14th when I called again and requested the support team to transfer the call to the senior team, she said she'll transfer & disconnect again.From Oct 11th it says the product is in the shipping stage, Not sure when it'll be delivered.

I didn't expect such poor service from Flipkart, With the trust we had we haven't searched anywhere and gone ahead of purchasing the product in Flipkart but now I'm losing hope on the delivery. I have escalated on the case as well as some of the support team didn't respond properly by disconnecting.Kindly resolve this issue or I'll go ahead with cancellation of the product as I'm feeling it's not going to be delivered.
