मे अपना पकेज लेता हू ओर केबल ओपरेटर कहता है की आप अपने पेकेज पर आपको मुफ्त के चेनल के भी 153रुपए देने होगे तो फिर मुफ्त कहा हो और बोल रहे है की 350से कम का पेकेज नही है ये आप को लेना ही पडेगा आप अपनी मर्जी से नही ले सकते!

मे आप से अनुरोध करना चाहता हू कि आप अपने केबल ओपरेटर को समझाए की वो एसा न करे अन्यथा हमे कोर्ट मे केश करना पडेगा डेन केबल पर

The officials of the SG POCKET, DILSHAD GARDEN, DELHI-95 are very rude and they do not provide any landline or contact numbers regarding complaints etc., and further they do not issue any receipt of the monthly re-charge etc. The field staff of pocket- Q, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 are also very rude and non-cooperative.

They take money but do not issue any receipt thereof. they do not pay any heed towards the complaints of he consumers and extend threats them to make their complaints, wherever they (consumers want. they treat the consumers like servants and themselves as masters. the field staff himself cut the cable for some other reasons.

There is no any complaint box at all. they helpless consumers have no option but to bear all this. I am not able to understand as to on what basis the DEN company claims to be the good service provider.

Very hope less performance of DEN cable connection. Not even a single day left when we have not asked your franchise, Durga Cable to help us in rectifying Technical problems of no signal. Almost after intermittent of every 5 minutes in repeat displaying of the message resulting irritation . If no correction step is taken I will be compelled to say good by to the connection.

Your local operator at Lucknow is not responding. No channel is given for 5 days. I phoned to S Sri Sandip, Rani, Deepak, Rohit, Anju and Sunil, all connected to the cc job since yesterday but with no result, all saying that the problem is technical, " call after 4 hours" This is going on since yesterday. Pl resolve the issue. My address is-

I am staying at deolaligaon nashikroad Nashik. I have den cable network connection but as per new trai rules. I am not getting only channels required to us. Local operator forced us to get the package as per their convenience which are also not affordable to us. My question is how to deal with this problem ? Please revert it back.

I am a user of Den Cable and I am not satisfied with the service. Despite calling the local Den dealer several times to repair the problem no one came for 1 day and now I am calling them but they are not even picking up the phone. I live in Paota Jodhpur and I as a customer wanted that please take an action against them so that they again start taking responsibilities.

I am live in Varanasi badi gaibbi vda colony. I am den cable customer wfrom fifteen years but 6 month I am very disappointed for your service. every month my cable connection cut with without any notice and payment was all ready paid. i am not expect and shocked den cable was not concerned for my problem.this was the reason public switch the dish tv.

I request you pls resolve the my problem as soon as possible.cable operator is not action to my complain.my setup box card number is 000211011952.

I am live in yamuna vihar Delhi 53.My distributor Bobby cable had taken extra gst.he said gst increase in plan.but according to den cable network no gst increase since 3-4 months when activate plans in settopbox.i complaint in den cable network my complaint no.1495038.

Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Since the day of installation on 8th February 2020 not a single day it has given an uninterrupted services. Why it is charging 360 /- pm is not given.Nor the receipt of first payment of Rs 1860/-was issued contract serial no 81282.customer a/C ID no.83042180 &CARD NO....1000100083042 do not provide the details of payment made by me.The details of packages available for the customer was also not made available .The services are disconnected at your free will.As per your system I am not getting your services from noon of 7th April 20th. When I contacted to make payment through pay to the man did not helped me to make payment for March 20 .as such I am to request you to instruct your staff to take payment of March 20th. As you have stopped providing services from ANOF 7th of April 20. You may do so till you resolve all above defects of your customer services. Hope to get a responsible action from your end. Thanks.

Damaged card cant change your setup box, according to the cable operators and customer service of den. this is not in favour of consumer only money making decision. change of set-up box of rs 2000/ instead of card of rs 50 /-.

Dear Den service providers My Account is inactive from 5-6 days. My Mac no. is 18550F3E9F49 the local cable operator is not receiving my phone call from last 5 days. And Then i contacted customer care they said that they are forwarding my complaint but then also they didn't make any solution for my complaint after that i have contacted 4-5 times at a gap of every 24 hours but every time they only say that they are forwarding my complaint but no solutions are made for my complaint .

So please either solve my complaint or if Den cannot provide service then inform me straight forward.

Almost 15 days in a month there is always technical problem in the connection. Therefore, there is no connectivity. Even in the days of connectivity there is always intermittent pauses and display of technical problem on the TVs. It has become a daily feature . Plz let us know would it continue as such. And if so how long we have to be deprived with all this.
