My Customer ID is 1001741410
No Tata Sky Service from 05:00 pm 11/03 to 12/03/2015. Informed supplier who provided Tata Sky help line number. Could not get contacted as was asked to wait on the helpline no. for more than 10 minutes and 2 - 3 times. Hope at least this message may work to solve the problem.

Worst service from TATA SKY.....!!!!!!!!!!!
I would request every Indian NOT opt for TATA SKY Connection even accidentally as they are not trust worthy. I am following with them from past 10 days (This is second time) due to signal issues, but so far no one has contacted me or either they dont have courtesy towards their customers.

This is my sincere request to every one NOT to go with TATA SKY connection by accidentally also.

I do not have words to express my frustration towards TATA SKY ....!!!!!!!!!

I have issues with billing and account balance. We have been with Tata sky for about 10 years and surprised at the service they provide. Surprise stands for frustrating here. I can't imagine how they treat new customers. You have to wait on the line for about 15-20 mins on an average and their customer reps are incompetent and indifferent. Seriously thinking of abandoning this trash service now.

I call 3 times to stop Chanel cartoon and hungama but your customer care number was busy all time and one time take then 10 minutes. your cassettes running not any person to talk.

Sir/Madam,

I had to recharge 285 rupees on 14may2018, in my Tata sky set of box. I received this information from your costumer care on that day that you had a recharge of 285 rupees throughout the month, but my 285 rupees recharge only lasted 27days and I was also told that your recharge of every month would be only Rs.285., but this recharge has been increased to 320rupees this month. Due to this unbalanced recharge, I had to put off my set of box for a Some days in the middle.

Resolve my problem.

With regret I am saying that my channel locked Sony, Aajtak and sab but sab & Aajtak got unlock by miss call but Sony is still locked. I could not find my fault yet?

I have been trying to reach Tatasky helpline for past 4 days as I am unable to view a few channels which are already in my pack.The call to the helpline numbers disconnects after they say they will call us back within 10 mins.its been over 100 hrs and I haven't got a call back..I am totally disappointed by their services.

I am using tata sky last 6 months but yesterday i am send a request to reconnect my set up box. still no one come resolve the issue, customer care also no responding my calls. Simply close your company why your giving advertisement to customers fraud the company your giving worst service to customers.

Last month recharged but failed and debit my account but now not return my money.i already mail send to tata sky no response.
