My consignment no is: D48394916.it was sent on 28/12/2018 and reached the city (Bangaluru) on 1 January and did not deliver to me yet now as it was expected, in spite of reaching out to the address mentioned on the parcel, sending it to different branches and when I talk to some branch as: srakki branch, madiwala branch, NS Palya branch, Bangalore they told me that they are not responsible for delivering, your nearest branch is responsible for that. and some of them were talking harshly. please solve my problem as soon as possible. will be thankful to you.

The courier was send on 9/08/2019 and it should have been received on 14.08.2019. But do not reached till now it.

NO proper response from u r team when we call and confirm about are parcel thay say on the way and by evening they post client refused to collect product.....which is truly wrong....it is posted by own self.....and when I call them stating this when I refused sir office hours are over we will catch u tomorrow....and the next fine day these idiots say parcel will be delivered or else come and collect by u r self.

I have couriered a documents through your dtdc five days back thats on 31/07/2021. My consignment number is B78407668. still its not delivered. this is how your courier service will work. I sent very important documents, as we are in urgent. but still its not delivered. we tracking every day its showing in davengere, but we posted to kadur, chickamangalore, how it goes to davangere. please make sure of delivery by tomorrow or else i should raise a complaint against you in consumer court. i am waiting for your positive reply.

I had sent a courier to karaikudi, shivagangai District, on 1st of Aug 2022, the officer confirmed it will be reached the consignee within 2 days of time. As the same we were tracking the shipment in online and the shipment also got delivered successfully and back home people were happy that the required things have reached at the right time. But the reality was this its just updated in the online status (website) and a person has called to the consignee phone number and informed personally tat there is consignment which is arrived here at ur address but we will be able to deliver it by tomorrow.

Coming to the point of view: Once the online status shown as delivered to the consignee. Many of them in tis busy schedule days thy dont have time to follow up. We trust in these types of organisations and send our valuables belongings and needs to our families.

If the consignee or the consigner followups and then checks and comes to know that the consignment sent was not reached to the consignee and the fake status was updated in online tracking.

This is my situation which i have faced very recently and which is explained above.

I am going file a legal dispute against this irresponsible activities as an ture consignor and that this is not repeated again in their organisation.

My consignment number is U18202386 on date 05/08/2022 booked courier ( Rakhi ) from Lalitpur, UP , pin- 284403 to Mhow, MP , pin- 453441 and rent /service charges paid by me as per via air service . Local service agent/agency was told that delivery is delivered on date 9/8/2022 or maximum on date 10/8/2022.

But it's very shameful for your service because my parcel is not delivered upto this time. Who is responsible for this position? Festival of Raksha Bandhan is on date 11/8/2022 and 12/08/2022 , but still it's not delivered. It's tracking every day by me it's showing jhansi - new Delhi -kanpur - new Delhi - gwalior then again Jhansi - new Delhi????

What's this ........... Mis Route??

Please make hard action against whose responsible for this or else I should raise a complaint against your service in consumer court.
