I got the Amway Promo Vacum Pot on purchasing 1KG Nutrilite Protien Powder during this month. However, the Lid of the Flask is observed to be in broken condition, Though I tried to fix it using Quick fix, the same is not effective. How can I get replacement of the part or the Flask itself. Please help.

The product was not given with a bill. The distributor has blatantly refused to exchange the product because of their carelessness of not issuing a bill. The product is expensive and I want to return it but the distributor has said no and bullied us into keeping it saying there's no bill, you cannot do anything.
