Ixigo train booking deducted from phonepe app but ixigo app don't show any tranjection yet, please give my money back.

I have booked 2 berth in train no. 13248, date of journey. 19 may, 2019, in tatkal, but massage came from into that train will terminated in katihar but I have booked to kamakha, what is the solution?

When compared with other apps train fares including agent charges are more, many people unknown about this. ixigo money is nothing but fake. they add or increase convenience fee and all charges when e purchase the flight tickets and cover all ixigo money. pls dont fool public.

Ticket PNR no is2431013637 I cancelled my ticket on 27/11/2020 But not received refund till the date. so request you to realise my refund.

Two tickets amount didn't refund by ixigo.. making customer fool.. Dedicated their amount and never refund them back. I request to everyone please don't use this ixigo app find another way to book ur traveling.
