Bought the tiffin on 5-12-2014 and the tiffin is not heating the food even after kept plugged for 2 hours.

I have a Tiffin warmer which is not heating. It doesn't keeps food warm. What to do?

I purchased a Electric Tiffin of Milton 2 containers of Milton company three months ago. The edges of both the containers have been cracked and cover is not fitted easily. I purchased this product from Amritsar who assured the quality but it is a only name of Milton and products are worse than local companies. I paid Rs.650/ the value of this tiffin. You are requested to let me know the name of your dealer at Amritsar to change both the containers immediately, otherwise I will send the snaps of the cracked containers on whatapp through out the India. The customer will think before purchase of your product. I hope for quick reply.

I am loyal customer of Milton for me Milton is not just Brand its a great trust since my childhood .Now it has changed the product I bought a steel bottle in July 2017 stopped functioning in 3 months, I informed my Shop seller who gave confidence that it will b dealt by the company . The person Pawan kumar got in touch with me on telephone & denied any thing can b done as it s damaged with the 1 minor dent. I am highly disappointed if the product which is suppose to be for daily use is so delicate, high priced should not be produced. Similar kind if product s used in Indian Railways in Rajdhani with the Brand *Camel* for serving Tea coffee. Do they take utmost care that in so many number of travelers carefully use it?

I have understood that quality of ur product is very low & make sure by uploading the video of your product to cautious other customers becoming fool.

Bought a 750 ML milton flask and within few days the cap got broken and not able to thread and reported and till now no solution is provided. After 3 months yesterday came to understand that this is not covered under warranty.

If a product sold and not working within few days, what can i expect from Milton products? and how can i believe that it will work for years.

I purchase thermostat in month of Jan 2018 with in two months it will be crack. Milton is such a good product earlier, now the quality of product is so low then what is the use of spend so much money for such a low standard product. Look at the issue and revert a.s.a.p.

I had bought the Milton 1000ml bottle from Dmart and while travelling the bottle neck was loose and in transit I had lost the bottle cap.coukd you please provide me the bottle cap as without the cap the bottle looks ugly to take outside.i am ready to pay whatever the charges for the bottle cap.

Purchased within one year from Spencer Kolkata.Tea/ coffee does not remain hot for more than 1/2 hour since I purchased it.

I bought a Milton Thermoflask “Majesty 1000 ml HSN code 9617” from Lulu Hyper Market, Cochin vide PoS receipt no 70/286899 dTed 08-08-2018. It was giving very good service, but this is broken with a huge blast sound on 25-11-2018 at 15.30 HR’s. It was kept on dining table and filled with hot water on previous evening (24th nov) after using a few glasses of water, thus half portion of water was left in the flask at the time of blast.

Kindly do the needful to replace the flask. I will produce the original cash receipt along with the flask.
