My Request id is 14627601. I had filed the complaint on 6th July. It is not resolved till date. Every time i ask the toll free number, they just keep telling me, it will be done in a week. Nothing yet. This is very poor service.

Last month, I have made you a complaint of TV not working on 24-07-2019 Complaint No. for which was- IN08201937559 & IN08201908109

Your engineer visited to my place & tell about the Panell replacement in 3-4 days but after that there isn't any response from your side. While I am calling to your customer support at 18004190622 they are regularly saying that the problem will be resolved in 2-3 days. Now it's more than 35 days but there isn't any resolution from your side.

Request you to Kindly do the needful at the earliest to resolve this issue.

I bought the TCL TV last year, they said 3 years guarantee, within a year picture TV is not working properly, am trying to complaint but there is customer support is picking the call or they are not responding to my chat.

Sir i had purchased your TV 40 inch 1 year back. Since one month my TV remote was not working since 2 months, after that i went to your ASC center for repair/exchange etc. After verification they said that battery cells life was lost as per their suggestions 3 time i changed costliest battery cells 3 time with in a span of 15 days.

Lastly again i explain facts in front of your ASC (authorised service centre) persons on 12-12-2020, they sent to ur office with the above said job id on 12-12-2020. Hence i request you to send the another remote in place of old one at the earliest.

My TCL TV is not working for more then two months but this company do not respond, stuck with is TCL TV. Don't by this company's product. They just sale product after sale is none.

I placed complaint on 23rd April 2021for your 40" LED display blackout issue. Your mechanic said a part has to be replaced since the tv is under warranty of 3 years as it's purchased in Aug 2019, the part will be replaced free. But it is now it is almost 18 days your person says no parts available due to transport issue. Your godown is at Bhivandi and tv is at Chembur Mumbai, so how you can't arrange the parts from so near place. Or is it that you are advertently doing this as you have to replace the part free of cost. If I would have agreed to pay then I'm sure part would have got arranged, isn't it? If I can't replace the part then compensate with a new LED tv immediately. If not then I shall file complaint with consumer forum.

Colors are over saturated, tried all option BY adjusting the color/contrast/brightness etc etc. but all in vain.

Skin color is totally unnatural /unreal, feels like watching unnatural canvas. Did made blunder mistake by purchasing TCL QLED 55C715. I have another TCL FHD, which is much much better. Not happy with the TCL 55C715, I purchased local LED Smart TV in Rs. 28K, which is far far better than TCL in color and response.

Local LED giving natural colors and even the skin color is proper brown as it should be...

Request you to do the necessary changes needed or replace the TV or upgrade the same. BUT NEED POSITIVE RESPONSE.

Respected sir,

This is to draw your kind attention on the above matter.i never expected such worst service from TCL.I had purchased a TV on 15.10.2019 Model name : TCL-55P8 Google certified android TV, TCL: 3 years warranty which was brought from TCL showroom Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. (M/s. Proton ventures) Invoice no: RJN/586/19-20, Dated- 15.10.2019. I had lodged the complaint 3 months before, but till now no one had attended the issue.

(complaint id: IN112021087625,- 1st complaint - 22.11.2021) (complaint Id: IN012022066189, 2nd complaint- 18.01.2022) Between this period of time i contacted Mr. Balaji, TCL South head ( Mobile no: 8951419079) When i contacted him he said that he was in Amazon and so gave Mr. Pujesh, new ZSM Karnataka ( Mobile no: 8792738010) details. he has not reacted till now. I had sent him all the complaints and tv details. Why do you hire such People who are not capable of solving the customer's issue. By doing this the company is getting a bad name. Also they are telling me to Lodge the complaint again.How many times must I lodge the complaint in order to get a response from you?
Please look into the matter, and as per the warranty replace it or service it. For your reference I have also attached relevant details and communication copy.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a TCL 43 inch Android Led TV in October 2021 with the reputation of your brand name in mind.

The TV worked well till January 2022 but suddenly the display of the TV stopped working. For this I had raised issue through the retailer bearing case id-IN032022035266-01.Your service engineer visited our home with defective TV parts and assured us that your TV will be repaired very soon.

I have been waiting since then but no one has come yet and even the service centre people regularly assures us that next week your TV will be in order.

After waiting for 2 months its painful for me to write the mail because I haven't expected such a poor service by your company. I could have gone for other TV brands.Even under the warranty period if you give such a delayed response so what we can expect after the warranty period.

So, I request you to resolve the said issue as soon as possible. I have Sent lot of mail to Indiasupport @tcl.com but they give irresponsible response.If you can't arrange parts then atleast replace TV.I am very discouraged by your service.I am going to raise the issue soon in consumer court as I am not getting any service from your company. Even I am thinking of advising my circle people to never buy anything from TCL brand .

We bought a new TCL 55" Android TV a few months back and within a year the TV is not working, we raised a claim to customer service on 31st Dec 2022 (Complaint number: IN122022069556).

We have called the service center many times, but very poor service from your service center, Initially we are said that new TV has been shipped and we will get the TV installed before 10th of Jan, Later this timeline went to 15th Jan and we are informed that refurbished TV has been shipped.

We are not ready to accept the refurbished TV and the same has been confirmed to customer care to send the new TV and they have denied and no proper response from them. We have asked for an escalation team or to connect to the senior lead where our calls are unanswered. Twice a call back from the escalation team has been booked by the customer care agent but we have not received any call.

Today on 18th Jan when we called your customer care they are saying it will take another 3 days and TV is in shipment.

This is how they are servicing to their customer, This gives doubt that TCL's business model is selling the refurbished TV by giving a new TV for few months.
