I purchased an product from Amazon on 24june 2020. I refunded the product on 2 july 2020. And I got a mail of refund but I didn't get any refund still.

I call Amazon customer care they checked and said that the refund is processed but it's not credited to your Bank account. They gave me the reference number BUWQG9OD0000KBS3EY6U. They told me to call in bank and said to fill the Charge Dispute form after that they will help me.

But still I m suffering they refused to solve my problem still I didn't get any refund. It's very troubling now I'm just moving here and there. I am not a shuttle cock they are just ignoring my problem.

I just want my refund as soon as possible it's how irritating and disgusting. Refund should be reflected to my bank account within 7-10days but it's been more than 10 days. When you will solve my problem?Is it the way to provide service like this?

How irresponsible behaviour is this...? You are troubling your customers deliberately. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some another alternative to get my refund.

I was doing a transaction in Philippines from ATM machine while doing the transaction my card didn't came out from ATM machine. The next day I take my card from the bank of Philippines. I had compliant to customer care as well as to bank manager of pnb branch pilani but since I didn't got any output. I bought Clymb Slides product but i am not satisfied this product and Return this product my return complent approved but ammount refund by Flipcart and you pnb branch not show this amount in my account i

The Flip cart customer care give us a reference no.#029719892943. But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by PNB branch also. Dont know what to do.

मेरे शाखा का लोग सभी स्टॉप अपनी मन मानी करते है लेडीज लोग को बार बार शाखा पर बुलाते हैं काम भी नही करते हैं और ओ लोग बोलते हैं कि तुम्हारे बाप का बैंक नही है! सर इस लिए आप से निवेदन है कि उनलोग पर कार्रवाइ किया जाय.

Mera chote bhai accident se death ho gayi sir uska khata pnb bank halena, bharatpur Rajasthan me hai jiska khata no -0692001505886305 hai va ifsc code -PUNB0069200 hai. sir eska ATM claim hai sir manager 11 month se pagal bana hai ab to usne saf Mana kr diya hai aur hamne sare documents pnb Branch me submit kra diye hai pr manager koi action nahi le rha hai sir pagal hi bana rha sir es manager ke khilaf koi sakat kasam uhtna chahiye jisse wo hamara Kam ho jaye.

Sar maine ATM 18 12 2020 ke liy apply kiya tha sar aur mera abhi tak ATM Nahin Aaya hai. meri bahut dikkat ho rahi hai mere ko ATM na hone ke Karan sar aur Bank shakha bibinagar. PNB wale mere ko tang kar rahe hain ki sar kal aa Jana aap, 3 din bad aana, yah karna vah karna aur sab log bahut dikkat ho rahi hai.

Maine 27 jan2021 ko ATM se paise nikale the, jisme se ek 2000 ka note kharab tha. Is note ko le kar mai vanarash chala gaya tha usi din jana tha. kahi bhi wo note nahi chala. Ab me 3 feb ko bank gaya tha wapas karme to bank bol rahi hai ki aisa not ATM se nikal hi nahi sakta. Mene kaha cctv chek kr lijiye to bolte hai aisa kuch nahi aap isko market me chalao jakar. ye bank new chakeri lalbangla jajma, kanpur me hai.

Sir maine 22/01/2021 ko 10:59 am par PNB atm se paise nikale the (Rupees 1,000/-). Jo ki mere a/c se debit ho gaye jabki mujhe atm se paise nahi mile hai or na hi mere a/c me refund aaye hai. Customer care pe baat ki to unka kehna hai payment successfully closed ho chuki hai. Aaj date 06/02/2021 ho chuki hai mujhe meri payment ka koi response nahi mila.

Refund issued by Amazon on 29th January 2021 is still not credited to my savings account with PNB. Amazon has provided a RRN no. for the same transaction but PNB customer care service says it is unaware of it and that nothing from Amazon is to be credited in my account. I fail to understand the problem here and I'm very anxious regarding this issue. How can it be solved as PNB only has complaint grievance cell to handle this but there is no such form called 'charge dispute form" of PNB as told by Amazon , to file a charge against the bank.

Debit card number 6070935004844162 amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 30005110261026133752491

But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behaviour by PNB branch also. Dont know what to do?

Amazon se asian shoe mangwaya thaa par pasand nahi aane par return kar diya. par abhi tak paisa mere account me nahi aya hai. Amazon grahak seva me call karne par wo bata rahe hai ki paisa mere taraf se bheja ja chuka hai par abhi tak bank me show nahi kar raha hai. Amazon walo ne saboot ke taur par refund reference number diya hai #30005110091009103377602. wah kah rahe hai ki pnb customer care ko ye number bataiye apka paisa show karne lagega. par customer care wale bol rahe hain ki refund reference number se balance check nahi hota hai. please paisa bheje.

On 3rd march 2021, I did a transaction of 1306 rupees but it did not get received and till date. I have not been credited with the money. its been more than 48 hours. i need my refund as soon as possible.

Dear sir, hamara cc account renewal karane ke liye bank me paper jama Kiya. 1 month ho Jane ke bad bhi renewal nahi Kiya jis Karan se hamara account band ho gaya. jis Karan se hamara vayapar karne me bahot problem ho raha hai. kripya karke bank walo par karvayi kare aur ha mera account open karwai.
