I want to exchange and return because of size issue and no label on the jeans...so what to do plz help me.

I am unable to do shopping from ajio through cars, this app is only accepting cod from last few days? why?

Very poor service. I didn't get my order yet and when I track it shows delivered. It's a cheating. Ajio is kind of fraud

Service is damn slow, completely disappointed with reliance group, my refund is initiation from since last 1 month and while I'm calling customer care they don't even receive your calls. This is so careless towards the one who paid you and can't get refunds.

I have purchased product on sept-20 and paid on that time by google pay but that time face transaction error and paid after that 513/- cash and next day i have received SMS from bank that amount was deducted and also confirm with that person he also received the same.

I have so many time call's but he didnt give response and i didnt get money back.

Fl0225461747 2/2 (Fig mid-rise trousers-32'-grey) Which was to be delivered to Kakoli Sen at Ahmedabad (Guj) But after tracking got to know, it has reached Anantpur (Andhra pradesh). Not able to cancel the order too. Already made online payment for the same. As a sincere customer requesting to look into the matter at the earliest.Either get delivered at my address else want the refund.

Not getting any accessibility to send this letter through mail/call too at customer care services.

On 17 th feb 2021.i order 3 items Rs1316. my account debited cash in Google pay but order confirmation is not in order list of ajio account. Please refund my amount rs 1316.

AJIO is one of the worst shopping app, I request people not to shop at AJIO.

Order no FL264034186 received today. But the size of Item is XL instead of S. In Invoice and in packet of the item the size is written S. But item item is XL size. So please Exchange or Return my product as quickly as possible.

When i was going to confirm my order with upi i transferred my money from the phone pe to ajio account and it was debited from my account. But unfortunately one order got out of stock and when will my money be refunded?

I have made to payment of the products even after sending no of reminder on customer care Ajio has not send me the order copy I do not understand why they are not issuing it. Or if they are not complete my order atleast they should respond. It brings a bad name to them.

They deliver wrong product and not mentioned it is delivered and after two days they will cancel the order.So worst experience with ajio and the delivery agent or not and when I complain in customer care they will respond.

Hi l am vijayan iam ordered in ajio women tshirt why canceled the orders. I want this produced.

I received one piece in my product when I opened the parcel. There are two pieces of twofer set and I received only t shirt and when I requested to return they refused to take it back.

It's not original shoes but bad copy.
