Placed online order for a gas stove splendor 3BB AI from faberkart on 17 December 2020.

Received the product via FedEx after repeated follow-up, as delivery date was being updated daily, I don't know for what reason they were not delivering, finally got delivered on 31 dec 2020, so it took 15 days for the same.

When the product was opened,one of its leg was broken and complaint was registered telephonically on customer care no, getting an assurance that it will be resolved within 48 hours, but till date, it has been 8 days nobody contacted and still the problem is not solved. I am continuously following the status of my complaint, everytime it is said that today it will be resolved or they provide me service centre no or the state manager no.

I have contacted all the persons but unfortunately nobody giving satisfactory response or solution. It's very disappointing experience with this big and reputed company. Will never recommend this company to anybody. You have worst after sales service

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Faber Hoptop Utopia on 08.06.2022 from Vijay Sales, Gurgaon amounting to Rs. 33100/- with a extra guarantee of 2 Yrs. Recently installed in my new flat. After installation to times fire incident happen. Today was major fire. I request Faber India to please replace the defective piece without further repair at the earliest. Other wise i will go to consumer court. I have record of incident like Video, Photo. I can not take any risk with life.

Pathetic support from Faber India. Complaint registered and technician told parts ordered....then no response. If faber is not able to support with spares, they should inform. we can take alternate solution by throwing this hob away and getting another brand. Compliant no KOL1211220153.
