I had bought a two wheeler insurance from Oriental Insurance and recently asked for the policy claim. Officials at the insurance company are very slow to process the claim and are making excuses for the delay. It has been a long time since the claim was made and i have visited their office several times but without any result. I also called the customer care number but it was of no use either. If you are buying Oriental insurance, beware of the hard times while claiming your policy.

I want to renew my mediclaim policy ( Policy No. 124500/48/2014/4373) , earlier this policy registered through J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as I was employee over their but Policy premium paid by us. Now I am resigned the company and want to continue the policy. Hence I am requesting you kindly help me in this regards.

Claim Under cover of the above policy a claim proposal for Rs.34323/97 was sent to MD India Health Services(TPA) Pvt.Ltd.,Pune through DTDC courier on 18.04.2015 and receipt of the same was confirmed by their reply e-mail of 04.05.2015. I have been renewing the policy for the last three years promptly and I used to get mobile confirmation from the Insurer. But no intimation received when the TPA was changed nor they could issue the healthcard. This resulted in my wrong submission of the claim proposal to MD India, Pune instead of Medi Assist India TPA Pvt.Ltd (Newly appointed TPA).Although several requests were made with MDI they have not returned the entire bunch of proposal yet. As it is more than three months since I forwarded the claim proposal it is requested to instruct them to return the same immediately to me or make payment of the claim amount. Thanking you ... I along with my wife and sons are having Mediclaim Insurance policy since 30/102002. My Insured's code is 45273291. As per renewal notice I had contacted Branch Office Behala Issue Office Code is 311603 on 8th October 2015 and paid an amount of Rs.8109.00 ( Rupees Eight thousand one hundred nine only ) through cheque and I was issued renewed policy No. 311603/48/2016/1564 in which I find that name of my son AMBORISH NATH is missing. Immediately it was brought to the notice of the Branch Manager who admitted that there is a mistakes on their part, also asked me to submit an application and pay another Rs. 1907.00 (Rupees one thousand nine hundred seven only) for inclusion name of my son in the policy. My question is 1. Is the additional amount to be paid is justified or I have to pay for the companys fault. 2. Is the policy will be treated a continuous policy or a separate policy. Please help,

My medical policy is due for renewal on 11/02/2016 and I have already issued a cheque for renewal in last week. The agent has already deposited the cheque but the receipt is not yet provided to me as I have to claim it for I-Tax exemption. The delay is already causing my tax purpose and I am not satisfied with the services provided by the company. Please verify the matter and let me know the reason for delay on your part. I am salaried Government Servant and have to produce all the documents before 10th of Feb for exemption in Income Tax. - Pradeep A Das

I have filled the forms for 2 wheeler insurance claim Honda Activa 3g on the 1st of october 2016 and handed it over to Mr Romeo Mobile no 8380004514. Today is the 13th of october the vehicle is ready at sterling honda on the 8th of october 2016. but still the claim form has not be processed for almost 13 days. i have spoken to Mr Romeo and even he too is not in a position to confirm as to on what date the claim would be processed. can any one from oriental insurance give a reply your customer care no response is pathetic. I am waiting for your response.

As my son Vishnu gv met with an accident at mysore Karnataka .we have claimed our bike insurance at oriental insurance .but v.poor reply from them 3months passed away but we didn't receive our refund amount from....the oriental insurance company at mysore Karnataka kalidasa road branch. please move this complaint for further verification..... ph no: 9480248115.

My previous policy number is 433500/31/2017/13058. I have applied for renewal of my motor cycle no TS-22-A-2172 on 6 th january, 2018 07.30 PM in online. Rs. 1838/- debited in my bank account. l got a message that the receipt will be sent by my mail address. But I didn't get any response from you till date. So I request you to kindly arrange to send policy receipt at the earliest.

My car HR 51 AM 7474, Policy- 131300/31/2019/6264 meet with an accident and first Survey was carried out on 06 May 2018. After that no reply or responses has been received. After continue calling to Aarti Bangera and Anand and Sudha Mishra Ji they just pass all the time except reply.

Government job Ko ye log hi Badnaam karte h. Kaash job lete waqt inhone ye job kisi or Ko de di Hoti jaise ye dusre ka number pass krte h to Shyaad koi jarurat vala job krta or Kaam Ko Sahi Tareeke se krta. Oriental company se PARESAAN Desh ka Jawan.

Sir, i insured my house on 22/01/2019. father name is incorrect, district name is incorrect, pincode no is not mentioned. I requested concerned office at chandausi for correction. reply was horrible i.e koi problem nahi hogi. correction ki chinta na karen.

I request your good self to rectify the lapses, recruit competent staff.

My policy no is 143691/48/2020/1596.

My wife operation on 21st August and I submit documents on 27 Aug in Gandhinagar agent Ami bhai, after month no give any indication or information. I m calling but not gave answer. Then I contacted head of Oriental Mr. Rahulbhai also. But till today no one give any reply.

So please ck & give response my claim status. Very bad experience in this insurance.

My fortuner car HP 10A0004 met an accident. last year onwards so many surveyor came and submit so many documentation. Also records and report fully submitted. That much delay I never accepted..almost 1 year completed. So please check and give response my claim status.
