My name is Ramita Mulgaonkar, I am the proprietor of R2D Hypermart ( Supermarket), situated at Magnum Residency, Building c, Behind Hotel Temptations, Miramar, Panaji Goa, 403001.

I ventured into this business on 25th October 2020. Since Coca Cola India is a international Brand and has vide coverage, I approached the Distributor for North Goa, Rama Enterprises. Thru its Team Leader Mr. Yogendra, they deputed the salesmen Mr. Bhupal, who on completing the formalities supplied us the products on 24th October 2021, 1 day prior to the inauguration . Since the team at R2D Hypermart was bzy in setting up and preparing for inauguration we failed to check the product manufacture date. To our dismay and surprise we were dumpped with products of September 2020.Considering the fact that we are new in the business and the market would be slow initially which should have not been done.

On approaching the Distributor salesperson and Team leader on the expiring of the said products, it was told to us that thee is no replacement for expired products as Company has no replacement policy and the distributor has stopped all replacement. It was than told to us that on Distributors account they would do replacement and adjustment of 50% of the expired products only. It was communicated to them to raise a credit note and proceed with the replacement, while we sort out the matter with Company and for almost a month neither the Team leader Yogendra nor the salesmen Bhupal is responding our call and messages.

Similar issue was with Pepsi products, but the Company and Distributor was professional enough in considering 100% replacement of expired products which is highly appreciated.

I am sure Coke being an international giant will not have such policy of no replacement or 50% replacement, it is the distributor who is playing these trics and putting Coke in bad books

I urge upon the Coke company management to take this issue with your distributors and spl Rama enterprises and resolve the same with 100% replacement of expired products at the earliest before the matter is further elevated and takes up different recourse.

This is for your information, This is R Venkata Rao from Madhurawada Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, Kind intimation regarding the issue i am facing from Coca Cola Product sales team in the very worst.
I had requested for a Coca Cola soft drinks service point and approached Mr Jagadeesh sales person under Executive Siva San from the last 9 months. He ordered me to buy at least Rs. 20000/- stock then the company arranged a freezer for the same. I have arregred and I have brought Approximately Rs. 20000/- of stock. They have handover to me one very old model freeze on dated 07.04.2023, where as sales person Mr Jagadeesh Clearly said that he will arrange the New Freezer but he hand over very old model freeze, and day one onwards that freeze has complaints- Huge sound and water leakages two time technicians visited and done the service. but the sound is not yet controlled.

Old Freezers take very high power consumption, nowadays as per new model freeze consumption is very low but old models -refurbished machines models have high impact on power, i am not able to bear that use power bill. I have requested a new freezer salesman. He made very hard arrangements with me and he said he will stop my service. and when I try to call Coca cola Executive Mr Siva but he is not responding to my calls and messages.

I would have asked you that this is the way to handle customers. Mis guiding the tantalizing to customers. If you are not able to provide a new Freezer please take your freezer and stock and return my money back.

We believe Coca Cola products have goodwill in the market, Some people happared that goodwill due to his bad behaviour. Requesting to you please need your intervention and solve the issue.
