I have Paid Rs.6000/- for the renewal Premium of the policy no.-34019136804 through SBI account INB Auto Pay on 12-OCT-2015 and got message of the above transaction on same day from State Bank. But still now it is showing due in my policy so i am requesting you to do needful and send me premium paid certificate on my email address.

I have received a letter along with Direct Credit Mandat form to submit along with Original policy (Policy No. 23044450003) from the local branch, Visakhapatnam. I have submitted the original policy and filled Mandatory form to the same local branch on 28-10-2015. Still today , i have not received the refund to my bank account. Please pursue the matter with your Visakhapatnam branch and arrange payment immediately.

My Master Policy No. is 70000000310, Product Name is RINN Raksha with yearly premium and Date of Commencement is 22.01.2013. I got a Renewal Premium Notice on 25.12.2015. In that the Premium amount mentioned is Rs.25,004/- and Service Tax + Swachh Bharat Cess is Rs.3,091/-. But you have mentioned the Net Amount Payable is Rs.1,759/-. Now Please verify the net amount payable and send message to the above E-mail address. Thanking you.

I am Kewal Krishan Baigra. From my account two times the money has been deducted in the month of December. Every month policy amount gets deducted on 25 but in this month it has been deducted two times i.e., on 16 and 25 both. Eagerly waiting for your response. My SBI Policy No.24065151908 regular from Dt.24.11.2008 annual premium Rs,25000/- paid online by net banking On Date 13.Nov.2015. my SBI Account NO.30645236804 but till status is not inforce & call from company to pay premium please give me details & solve problem.

I am Indrraj mena and I got a policy on dated 22-01-16 and the policy no. is 35106347105. and I am not agree with this policy and I want to cancel this policy. I went on 25 / 01 / 2016 to your sbi life insurance branch office hoshangabad but they have not accepted my policy for cancellation, and they told us that policy should submitted to the sbi bank branch manager hoshangabad and I submitted my policy to the sbi bank, branch manager hoshangabad on dated 25/01/2016 , but still the policy is not cancelled. So, please cancel the policy as soon as possible.

I had taken two policies in sbilife and lic also. After few months sbi life policy premium is charged. Lic policy premium is not change. What is the difference between these companies.

Premium rs. 9766 but debit in a/c 9646. In policy bond clearly mentioned that service tax is as per 2004 why extra tax is added in my premium. Although there is no mention the service tax is applicable if change in future. LIC has already fixed their policy premium but SBI has not fixed his premium. kindly note that it and rectify the premium.

I have contacted several times to customer care but my payment of premium not updated even after laspe of 06 days. I borrowed 25.00 lakh housing loan from SBI Mysore under loan account No. 35324087690 with insurance coverage under the said scheme. Premium interest also debited from SBI SB account twice. The insurance not covered for me and refunded the Proposal Deposit amount to the concerned branch for the reason due to non receipt of the requirement within permissible processing time. This is not fair on the part of SBI. This shown that the local SBI executives have not properly acted and guided the borrower. hence I request that the my case may please be admitted and covered under RiNn Raksha SBI Life Insurance scheme at the earliest.

I am pijus mondal. some agent are briefing money back policy. then I know that was wrong brief. But I fill sbilife money back form and signature account details but I not to want paid. but the agent threatened me to cut money my salary accounts. so i request to plz dont start my policy. And take action against those agents. Srinagar sbilife work agent they are.

I have surrendered my SBI Life Policy no.14001268602 on 26/04/2016. Today is 27/05/2016, till today I have not received my cash. May I know how many working days does it take to get back the money through NEFT??? I was said it would come within 15 working days. Kindly see to the matter and do the needful. My monthly subscription amount @ 2000/- for the month from Apr 2016 to till date has not deducted from my salary, as why it has not understood that whether my SBI Swarna Ganga account has closed or not so far if policy has closed then why don't u deposited the amount in my State Bank Account . if policy is not closed then why you are not able to debit monthly subscription amount from my salary account for subject policy. Hence it is requested that let me clear whether my policy is closed or running. I Anil Kumar K (DOB- 10 Jan 1970) having two SBI Life Policies No. 17003747705 for a sum Assured Rs. 3 lacs by remitting premium of Rs.2629/-only per month w.e.f. 30/11/2010 and Policy No.17003748210 for a sum assured Rs. 2 lacs by remitting premium of Rs.2398/- only per month w.e.f. 30/11/2010 through ECS from my Salary Account- 11415772545 and continuing the ECS upto the month of May '2016 without any brake.

Whereas, on perusal of my account, an amount of Rs.1714 & Rs.1575/- only refunded to my account from SBI Life vide EFT 09OCT7251437300689 & EFT 09OCT7251437300696 on 09 March' 2016 and Rs, 2407/- & Rs. 2196/-only vide EFT 23CT7792946601333 & EFT 23CT7792946601298 on 23 June' 2016 respectively .

Why refunded this amount? and What is the present status of my both policies? Also provide policy statements or correspondence if any to my email id anil.kumark.anil1970 @gmail.com or my home address - Anil Kumar K , C-340, G-3, Shalimar Garden Extn-II, Sahibabad, Gazhiabad (UP) 201005 (pin) without any delay.

Please inform the position of my policy which was to be closed as my superannuation was on 31 May 2016. Earlier I have submitted an application to surrender/close the policy in April 2016. My salary slip shows that premium is debited from the salary upto May 2016 and I retired 31/05/2016.. A credit of Rs. 400/- is seen in my SB Salary A/c 57022625084 in June 2016. Kindly arrange to close the A/c and proceeds be sent to my SB A/c 57022625084 SBT Anchal IFSC Code SBTR0000245.

My policy no is01K057515607. THERE was incorrect address in your record. when your office told me on mobile I mentioned correct address. BUT your office sent my policy on old incorrect address. Policy returned to your office. I changed my address through life insurance bank Ludhiana. MY new address was updated in my e mail account. BUT your office again sent my policy on address. they mentioned my city Ludhiana with pin code 141109 but my city is RAIKOT pin code 141109. Due to pin code 141109 it reached at RAIKOT Distt ludhiana but very late. So faced big problem due to poor service. Pl correct my address in whole record of my sbi life policy no 1K057515607 add guide me further.
