Sir I have purchased MI 4A pro tv on 20.6.20 and after 7 days TV lost his voice completely. Then I filed first complaint on 4.7.20. And issue token no. TV00994102.but next day I have received a email from you that no any repair request or complaint received and again raised a complaint. Then I again raised 2 complaint and token is tv01002110 and TV 01002479. And waiting for your call.

Can u tell me that my complaint has been registered or not and that any body call me or not. If yes then when I wait for your reply.

I'm facing issue is that i need a loan but Mi credit decline my request to process my loan. I request you to pls chk if the reason on my previous installments. so pls chk always I paid my installments before it's due date.
Pls help me kindly approve my request..

I bought mi note 8 pro in january 2020 which was having problem from beginning. was getting switched off suddenly and not getting on . Was not repaired for 3 months because of chinese virus, then showed it to service centre in Bangalore (Radiant). They simply put the phone on immediately , don't know how but i told them that is issue is not resolved as i tried to on it from last 3 months. But they returned me telling issue resolved.as soon as i went back the phone again got switched off. I visited the service centre 5 times and also spoke to customer care.later they took the phone and told the parts are not available so they will carry the phone to other service centre but later called me and said you can come and collect the phone as it is repaired and fc cable is replaced. From the first day i suspected the service centre of doing fraud as they didn't visit the other service centre and just lied of it. I raised the concern to senior executives also but they simply assured that all is well. Now when i came to my home town the phone is again switched off. I am totally dependent on my phone as i am working from home with the help of my phone. I am totally frustrated with the service and support from mi service centres and customer care. My work is hampered with this issue.in these 7 months i was only able to use my phone for 2 to 3 months, for 4-5 months it was simply off. Don't know why you people can't take track of all the issue you customer is facing. atleast 20 times i spoke to customer care executives and senior executives.but if they had acted properly and responsibly, no service centre can cheat the customer. There is problem with motherboard as all other things already checked but the problem remains the same.

My redmi note 8 pro crashes each time i switch it off and then off after updating the system to MIUI 11.0.4 update. It has been almost 2 months since this problem started. I've sent numerous complaints regarding this still no action has been taken. There is an infinite loop of rebooting and it crashes each time I open any app after the reboot.

My product defective also phone heating and battery life drainage problem. phone temperature reaches 48 degree and battery dies in 10 minute, videos 6% drainage. so so phone heated and accessories heating and mujhe doc files banana today refund and replacement.

Sar Mera earphones kharab ho chuka hai abhi service centre band hai April ka 21 tarikh last date hai sar sar service centre kab tak khulega nahin to sar yah kis tarikh nikal jaega to last date ke sath mein service nahin le paunga iske recording mujhe sar help chahie main sar contact bhi kar raha hun SAR phone nahin lag raha.

We bought redmi 9 power on August 2021,they said one year warranty for phone and six months for battery. This month (November) phone became heat and suddenly dead, we went to Velachery mi service center Nagappa center 100 feet bypass road for service, they told some liquid log so have to change mother board and said we have to pay ₹7196.82. We totally upset as we didn't put the phone in water or rain though we have warranty the service center ignore to repair strictly. So we took the phone to repair shop there we paid just 600 and they said nothing problem in mother board or battery. We like Mi phone, but because of this type of center we have changed mind not to buy this anymore.

This we just started live and only 13 minutes and 11 seconds we just did it live. In that case, if we have given this mobile so much of our money and if it becomes over heating after not moving together, then what is the use of this mobile for us. Now you yourself know that we have also taken on mobile installation, then not everyone is of money. Or there is no rich rich man. After working hard day and night, if we take a phone on installation to get a phone and if such a problem comes, then all our hard earned money wasted. No, because it takes a lot of time. To buy such an expensive phone, all the drivers are not even capable there, there is such a driver who never even has the money for the instrument, so please you guys, whatever the problem is, make a little bit of it and try it, because Not everyone has that much money. We even picked up the phone with difficulty

Redmi Manufacturers and All Staff I hope you very well this is your Redmi 10 Pro, I have taken that mobile. Mobile is very good. It is also good in the future, but let us assume it a little, that we put it to work for an hour and a half. Hi All,

I visited at IRONSTONE INFOTECH, Address: BuildingNo 2, 116, Sanjay, Mittal Industrial Estate, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai,Maharashtra 400059 for the following matters:  
1)     Speakerproblem due to manufacturing defect
2)     Phone is slightly banned dueto manufacturing defect.  

Kindly note that these issues I already reported on 19th August’2023& that time Service Centre took the wrong complaint in Service Order saying that SpeakerProblem & Phone Band optionis not available in their system. 

Now on dated' 26th August 2023 when I visited again then the personsituated at the front desk was unable to resolve the issue because the Spare parts were notavailable at the Service Centre right now and the statement was like “Itwill take 5 - 7 working days to come at the service centre once the orderis placed in system and till that time customer needs to submit his phone ". 

I requested them to give me at least a basic phone or any alternatephone till the time problem is sorted OR I will bring my phone once the spare partwill be available at the Service Centre but they are still forcing me to submit thephone for 5- 7 days as per Xiaomi policy.

I don’t know who made this unacceptablepolicy. I have no idea whether such a policy exists or not. My simple statement here is that, why should I submit myphone even if Xiaomi Service Centre does not provide any alternate phone facilitytill the complaint is resolved. Incase customer does not have any alternatephone then Is Xiaomi expected that the customer is supposed to bear till the problem is solved because the customer only chooses the XiaomiBrand Phone??  

I’m failing to understand, If the spare part is not available then what are they going to do with my phone in the Service Center for 5- 7 days in AS ISsituation? Why can't they inform customers once spare parts are available. 

They are not agreeing to cooperate and everything they are expecting customersto suffer because Xiaomi made this policy “Customer to bear in any situation” that’s what I understood fromXiaomi Service Centre behaviour and responses. 

Kindly do not take this complaint lightly because I cannot run behindeveryone for this matter. If my complaint is not resolved on TOP MOST PRIORITY then i'm clear with my next action. i will share my feedback on social media like Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and facebook and everywhere if further action towards my complaint. 

And the final action would be consumer court. Whoever is looking into my issue. Pls reply here so that everybodyshould be on the same page for quick resolution.

Dear sir/madam
This is regarding my complaint against your service Centre representative.

I have bought Mi TV in Jan .2022 (55 inches, S.No 25622/136100081062) but few days back suddenly it stops to power on for which I logged a call though Mi mobile app.

After which Radhika Reddy from service centre call me, & without any technician visit (without any inspection) she declared that mother board of TV has gone. When I forced her many times to check TV by technician after approx. one week, she sent a technician to check TV. Technician did only visual inspection without touching TV declared the same that mother board has gone & new mother bard is to be procured which will take one week.

After technician visit, I called so many times to service centre to know the status of mother board, but she did not pick my phone & yesterday when I called she pick the phone and starts shouting & abusing me regarding which I have complaint to your toll free no also but still no action has been taken. Pl take necessary action against her so that she will not repeat her behavior to other customer.

Also note that Mi is a reputed & trusted company and a TV which cost approx. 50,000 rupees should not have complaint like this so early. I also request you to rectify my issue & change/repair defected part of TV so that my trust and respect for Mi increases even more.
