Respectfully submitted that I (Sandeep Rajat) am a regular customer of Vodafone Network. My earlier Mobile no. was 9654488236, as I stopped using this said number in the year of 2016 due to some Major Medical Problem. After getting information by Vodafoneidea Care, I got to know that this number was owned by someone and he/she stopped using the particular number in 2018 and the current stage of this number has been Deactivated.

I requested to provide me my Call Details of the this particular No.- 9654488236 for the period of the Month of “1/1/2015 to 20/11/2015” as I needed the same and to retrieve my Data from my given E-mail I.D. for this Number which is very Important. Kindly provide me the above-mentioned Call Details.

i am facing internet issues since last year till yet, you guys are just making fool of customer by giving us fake false commitments . this is not acceptable when i am paying bill on time without any delay and without any bill inquiry so i do expect good response from Vodafone. i am facing internet issue at my residence and after registration of complain you associate told me that i will soon get a call from networking team and yeah i do got a call but actually it was just a miscall. so here i am asking you guys that this is the way to treat your Customer? please provide me a resolution as soon as possible or else i will port my number into another network. this might be 7th time when i am posting something over here and asking you guys for a resolution.

My name amandeep... I had put request to get my number Voda to Airtel port. Your employees called me a lot from the morning and complied, you message me, stop MNP, I told them that by doing this, there will be no port in my Airtel.

My area is Bowbazar, near Goenka College. Since yesterday, 20th May 2020 evening I am having network issue in my Vodafone 4G no 76746714. Neither am I able to make phone calls nor connect to the internet. Since I am working from amidst this lock down situation, I am solely dependent on the network connectivity of my phone. On 21.05.2020 I intended to port out of vodafone and next day I submitted necessary information to reliance who informed that it would be activated by 26.05.2020. Right since the time I have provided my information to port out my outgoing calls have been blocked by vodafone despite the fact it was pre-paid till 24.05.2020 as per their own message.

On 22.05.2020 I got 2 days recharge vide registration number 1266976773 which was twice confirmed stating, inter alia, that, "Hello! Recharge of Rs. 19on 22/5/20 is successful !! Dial *111# for details.

However, on 23.05.2020 again I received same message that your recharge has been expired and outgoing calls are stopped.

Again on 24.05.2020 I got 2 days recharge, which was confirmed stating, inter alia, that, "Hello! Recharge of Rs. 19 on 24/5/20 is successful !! Dial *111# for details. Just today I am unable to obtain outgoing service with the statement "sorry this call cannot be connected as your outgoing validity has expired" Is it not a cruel joke?

Kindly revert or face legal consequence.

In Visited the vadafine retail showroom in indrapuram , Ghagiabad for insurance I new sim , but the to proxy information and threate I number clossy customer executed the outlet take advantage and shift me to at postpaid from prepaid giving the reason that for neissnancd I sim, it is necessary to change proper to necessary to change proper to postpaid for 2 months and tun I can change my number to prepaid again I get change my number to prepaid again I get accept this condition aur changed my number to postpaid to get sim But in the time between Covid 19 breakdown started and I love hot atte to change my number to prepaid In this period from I may my all saries stopped and I So much I intticultion and harassment out to this Now , when lockdown has little open and risited again to you Retail store again to so this issue they told me to pay my Outstanding which I paid 6 6 Jan 2020 and they also told me that in 2 day my Serious will resume again Tota am June 2020 I visited again my services are not resumes till date but again the said that it will tapce 4-5 Days me which is my harassing for meou arecnegnested to please look into matter and anye to to the necessary at theearist to resume my services . About my complaint via chatting on 30-6-2020 reference number- C004-71649089958

Regarding this chatting I get message from above reference number that resolved your problem. if not satisfied then contact 198 so i called but i get (as usual) answer (72hour) assurance which i accept that i can't get sure confidently answer from them.

5to6 days before one executive told me tomorrow our technicians are there in your area so they come to your home and checked signal and solve problems. Some months before executive says there is tower works going on your area so after 10days your problem is solved...etc.

In 20 years I get only assurance from Executives coz they also depends on technicians and from last week I frustrated about your signals connectivity. Others jio, Airtel, and dolfin network are very smoothly performance inside my home...

I don't want to Port from Vodafone but no option. I just wait for 72hour till now for that executive assurance.

My Vodafone no show my expire date 15 july but my recharge expire 13 july why???... Contact and reply me.

Hello good morning,

I have purchased two sim card. I don't know the month but I bought 2 sim car one is vodafone and the other is jio both was not recharged from day one for both the sim. In the month of January I was trying to top up my vodafone sim but that told they need to do (frc) for new sim card. I was ok with that.

As I told vodafone sim was there from longer time in the phone on Vodafone number 8904232422 there was no outgoing calls there was incoming calls on the same number I thought to do recharge and again tried to do recharge but again it got failed.

On 29/7/2020 I called to customer care but he told my sim card in deactivated, but I told him sir on the same mobile number (8904232422) I had called on the same date and I spoked. He told sir you can go to any near by store and you can do active. I told ok

I went to vodafone phone service center which is in sarjapur main road bangalore -35. I spoke with mister Anil kumar the manger of the store and again I asked to do recharge & he tried it got failed. Then I asked what to do, he told sir this number is not in your name we can't do anything for this. I asked him what can be done sir as the sim is not there in your name you have to take in post paid .

See the point is as I bought sim card on the same date I didn't do any recharge for both sim card are still in my name in the app ( in vodafone & jio app owner name in say siril which is me) I tried to recharge to jio within a finger tip I my self did recharge I need to know how bad is vodafone service is.

(WHY I AM STRUGGLING TO TAKE VODAFONE SIM IS I HAVE SIMILAR NUMBER IN AIRTEL WHICH IS AIRTEL-8904646489, VODAFONE -8904232422. No matter what i need the same Vodafone number in prepaid).
