**This is to bring in your kind notice that I had ordered one number ***V-Guard iD4 Prima 2040 for Inverter AC Up to 1.5 Ton (Working Range: 160V-280V) Voltage Stabilizer** on 24th June 2020 against Order ID OD118985375156774000.

During placement of order I have tried to pay payment through Bandhan Bank Internet banking. Two time I have proceed payment but you confirmed payment not received.

So finally I have placed order COD basis but after few minutes back I have received SMS two times ₨. 2849.0 deducted from my bank account and deposited in Flipkart account ref no SBDN 8928538875 ON 24/06/2020 AT 17:10:40 AND SBDN8928572075 ON 24/06/2020 AT 17:13:59***

I surprised to see message By online payment, already amount is deducted Rs 5698.00 from my account but neither I received order Id nor a received amount back in my account.Now I’m facing too much problem regarding this issue.

I have call and mail to customer care, they says your problem will resolve but still not resolve my problem.
I want to refund my amount immediate basis.

I booked three pen drives but I got only one pen drive. So request you rest two pan drive resend same address.

I have booked this order on 27th June and that time the delivery date was 2nd July. I was waiting the whole day I assured by your team that delivery will be done till evening around 7:00 PM then later on I got a message that it will be delivered by 4th July (Friday) and again I was waiting the whole day and following with you guys but not getting a proper solution from your side. I was assured the same thing that ma'am please wait till 7 PM you will receive the same thing now I am not getting my product as well as no one is giving me a solution. Your services are really pathetic and this is my last transaction and I will tell all my friends and family members and please do not use your services at all. I want my product by today at any cost otherwise I will lodge a complaint against you guys.

I had ordered a JBL T160 earphone (order OD119088563633702000)through flipkart because I m unable to step out during the corona virus pandemic and they delivered a defective piece to me,now when I m trying to replace it they are asking me to visit the JBL service center. As I have mentioned above that I m unable to step out of my house then how can I visit the service center, if I was able to go out I would have purchased earphones from any local market.

I ordered a phone and I paid the amount through Google pay but my order is not confirmed. I called flipkart customer care they told me that they will refund my money or give me the mobile with in 24hrs. I waited for long time but they didn't refund my money ot confirmed my order. Such a fraud company flipkart.

This is to inform you that I have been cheated by the Flipkart website, I ordered LG W30 mobile and handset was missing in the Flipkart parcel.

I spent 10750/- which was my hard-earned money. Two days back when the courier guy came to my home. my mother received the parcel. when I opened the box what I saw the mobile box seal the opened and found handset was missing.

I am not getting any help despite escalating on your site. Sir, I have request for returned on 16 August and it was approved by technecian too.

On 26 August 2020, delivery boy denied for replacement due to imei number was not matching with phone verification but I told him that imei number is matching with box, phone and online invoice bill too. But, still he denied. Again I called for replacement to cc and they gave me 29 August for resolution from their team and 29 August my replacement was cancel by flipkart, again I called to flipkart again they gave me date of 2 sept.
Hence I m looking for waiting for 2 sept after that I will case in costumer right on flipkart for harassment, tension etc.

I order to two solar panels and did payment of 25000. The package received but there was only one solar panel. The package is missing from product received kindly my return request for accept refund my amount. It is 7 day's return policy and that time not accept my request and I'd is blocked.

I have bought thomson tv in flipkart... TV worked for 11 days only. after that TV is not working / display problem comes in Thomson 50 inch 4k LED 9R series New Model TV. Flipkart service is very good. But delivery boy behavior is very bad, I received a message for delivery in the morning that your order will be placed today, but from morning to evening the delivery boy keeps speaking to come but till 8 o'clock in the evening I have not delivered the product, on last time call says sir mai tomorrow aauga. while i requested it that i have to go out of work tomorrow morning, delivered the product today, but he did not do so and after that neither did he pick up my phone, i call it 13 times throughout the day It should have made him understand how urgent it would be, because of this I had to change my schedule yesterday, I had a very bad experience, I was very upset.

We are facing problems. Our District is not serviceable to flipkart. We are contacting to flipkart from last 4 months, None of executive can solve the problem.

If Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DHL, India speed post & DTDC courier partner's delivery services are available on these locations, then why Flipkart is not accepting product orders on these pincodes: 193222 & 193223, Tier III & II. We could not place orders on these locations, when we try to place order error shows, "no seller ships on this pincode" or "out of stock".

We request you, please provide us your service through third party logistic courier partner, accept orders on these locations as Ecom express, Blue Dart, DTDC & other courier delivery services are already available on these locations. Access these pincodes.

If Amazon can provide their service, then why not Flipkart.

i have ordered the lenovo ideapad 145 laptop on 20 th oct 2020 and it will be delivered in the date of 24 th oct 2020. i have waited to 24 th oct and i raised complaint in the portal and then customer service people said you will get the order on or before 30th oct .Due to this i cannot support to my work , according to this manner i have been missed product deliverable. So I need Additional compensation due to late delivery.Pls address on this as soon as possible.
