I have bought 674 litre Samsung Refrigerator Side by Side model on Sep 01,2019 , There is no cooling in Freezer and refrigerator sections .

The Door mounted indicator still shows -22 for freezer and 1 degree as the Refrigerator compartment temperatures with no cooling. ts just one year from date of purchase , I have also bought an extended warranty for 4 years purchased from Reliance Digital .

Yesterday two engineers from Reliance Digital came but were not able to diagnose the problem , I need a senior guy who is well versed to diagnose and fix the problem .

its to manage my grocery and deep freezer food items . Please arrange for an urgent fix of my refrigerator issue

Dear Team,

I have placed an order on 25-May-2021 (Order RDF11967052) and not received the product yet.

When i reached out to customer care team, they communicated to me saying that product has been delivered and asked me to confirm on the delivery, then i confirmed back saying that we have not received the product. Customer care team keep saying that please allow us some time to track the issue but issue is not resolved from last one month. Please look into it and resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks!

Reliance digital support staffs are not able to handle customers properly. Ridiculous experience. I faced issue in in split voltas AC and Party speak and now refrigerator.

I'm facing cooling issue from last 3-4 months but no one is able to help me. Many times called to customer care and Mr. Nitin, Rakesh, Jitesh but no action yet.

Dear sir/madam

This is regarding the irresponsible attitude of the team of reliance digital Valasaravakkam,Chennai,Tamilnadu. I purchased whirlpool double door refrigerator in September 2021. The refrigerator was installed by a technician named Gopikrishnan with a metal stand in the base of the refrigerator. The moment the refrigerator was installed on the stand the refrigerator started shaking each time the door was opened. After repeated calling and complaining to the customer care and the branch where the refrigerator was purchased the issue is not solved till today. I regret buying the product at reliance digital and hence concluded the issue will never get resolved. Hope something will be done to solve the issue.

Hi sir. I purchased hp printer last 24/03/2023. In app showing as invoiced only, still now 5 day's. There no respond any person. I am so many time calling to customer care number. He say every time.. " i am sorry sir, Today delivery confirmed". And was given one store number.. 040-24334566. i am calling so many times this number. That person Say's... Why are u calling me daily and talking very badly (un parliament words). So please cancel my order. My ID : RDF29658264.I am not satisfy with reliance digital.

This is regarding the irresponsible attitude of the team of reliance digital Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana. I purchased Samsung double door refrigerator and they have informed us the technician will come and install it. But it has been 4 days, we are calling for the technician there is no responsible for the call from the store. on 5th day they have answered our call and saying that technicians are in training. we cant provide right now anyone and we argued with them and at night 7 one person called us and asked our location to install. we have shared our location later he said with in 5 minutes I will call back, and there is no response from that person. we directly went to the store and asking them who is the person called us and he didn’t come that person who called us came there and he is saying that I’m having work. so I went of that’s the reason I did come. just we both are talking there is no other issue but then the store manager who’s name is Swapna it seems came and shouting at me that I will put a case on you. who is she to put a case on me first everything was there problem even though they didn’t even confirm when will the technician going to come but she is showing all her proudness there and saying me that she will put a case. please first say them to know what is happening and then ask them to shout on customers. please look her actions. Thank you

This is regarding the irresponsible attitude of the team of reliance digital R city Mall Ghatkopar Mumbai Maharashtra 400086. we have purchased BPL smart ANDROID TV 7th of march 2023 and on another day TV was installed by technician within one day TV's speaker was not waring so that we have raised this issue with reliance digital, after that their technician verified that we have received defective peace or product from reliance store, they have given us a service request which is 8057127911 after service request still i am facing the issue because of no response from your end that's why i need my refund on high priority basis, reliance team is giving me promises again and again so i find that this is worst after sale service in my life.

I wish to complain about SAMSUNG AR18CY3YATA that I purchased on 15th April, 2023, from 1st Floor Korum Mall.

I am complaining because I am dissatisfied with the product I have received that is faulty AC. After 4 visits of your Technician/ Engineer still the issue is not resolving this problem is still their AC is not cooling at all, I would like you to know I have purchased all my Home Products from your store those are as below.

1] SONY X75K 139 cm (55 inch) 4K Ultra HD LED Google Android TV
2] Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine
3] Samsung Double Door Refrigerator
4] I-Phone 13 Pro Max
And many more

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the person(technician), as well as the service center and raised the complaint at your company, and was told about my problem.
The Technician/ Engineer was not able to resolve as he did below things.
1] Day one he came installed the AC and did all the fittings but the AC was not cooling.
2] He came again the second day. The reason he gave was that the solder which he did was not proper. It came out (got removed) again he soldered and filled the GAS, but there were no changes.
3] Day3 he came again and opened the Compressor and did some repair work.
4] 4th visit again he gave all stupid reasons as below.

a] This is Inverter AC. It will take at least 4 Hrs. for cooling.
b] There is too much heat outside so the AC is not getting cool
c] He also said there you don't know how to operate an AC Remote.
d] He also said that I will not inform the service center and refused to give a faulty report.

Continuing checking, and repairing new product several times is unfair, as the overall performance and look of the product has been damaged. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I need this AC to be replaced asap, I have attached the original receipt with this email. I request you to please take back your faulty product. I will be grateful for your cooperation.

After talking to Vivek Singh, he sends another engineer today at my place to check the AC, engineer gave the feedback that the person who installed
AC did not clear the vacuum (removed the air) and filled the gas, so AC is not getting cooling. Now we need to remove entire air and refill the gas.
Sir I am fed up with this continues visit of your engineer for brand new AC, as there is marriage at my Home, and I need to run behind this leaving
all marriage preparation’s aside. All Guest’s are expected this Sunday at my home, and they will make fun of me as the new AC is not getting cool.

If new AC need so my service people will stop buying AC, till now 5 times your engineer has visited my place.

Requesting you to please replace this brand I don’t want this at all, I need reply by today, as tomorrow I will unplug AC myself and come to Reliance Digital Mall and throw it there.

I have requested a service repair of my Aquaguard water Purifier on August 3,2023. Till now no technician has come to resolve. It’s been more than 6 days but no resolution. I have been calling customer care but no use .Even I mailed cs.head but no response. Worst service.
