My battery is not working properly. I am suffering with battery backup in every 10 minutes. So please do something.

Why my inverter gives sound like dub dub for every two hours continuously for two minutes? Plz reply me about the problem.

Very disappointed with the way the company attended to the complaint. Surprised to learn that the company had no motherboard to replace. That too in a city like Bangalore. No updates from the company after the complaint has been registered. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this product again.

I had purchased your Luminous Fan( Lumaire) last year here at Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh). Unfortunately few days back fan remote had been missed by kids. Tried to contact your service centre number and dealer but they are not responding. Is this is the service you provide after sales?? Kindly Solve my Issue asap.
