My headphone thunder blue not working after 10 days of received. I'm contact & send the product repairing for Ngp service center by post 07/07/20. They received by post parcel 09/07/20. I forgot write my mobile no.on the parcel. I hadn't got me last 2 month my headphone. I'm contacting more times Nikhilji & Chetanji. Please help me.

I have bought a Zebronic Monster Pro X10 my system out of warranty now I want to get it repaired, the transformer of the system is out of function last time i called the service team they said the transformer costs 1125Rs and the service charge would be around 350Rs which makes a total of around 1500Rs but now when I gave it to the Jamshedpur service center they are demanding 1500Rs for the transformer, 500Rs service charge and 800Rs miscellaneous charges which makes it a total of 2800Rs.

This makes me feel the presence of monopoly and if I made a mistake buying a Zebronics product. When I informed the feedback team through mail they just sent me the address of the service center.

I brought zebronic tower speaker due to some problems its not working i give a complain in CTC building 7th floor service centre. there are not responding one month over not solving problem. please provide technician to solve the problem Asap.

This is a very bad company. I bought zebronics monitor, mother board, graphics card and all are dispute products. Free advice for all is not to buy this brand's products ever.

I purchased 2.1 home theater. it's transformer burned still 1 year not complected it's warranty system I payed service 500rs i am not happy after purchasing your product.

I am writing to request a upgrade for the product I recently purchased, as it fails to meet the quality standards promised in the marketing video and the features mentioned. I kindly request you to process an upgrade promptly. Please note that the product remains unused and in a safe condition, and I am willing to return it to your head office either in person or through a courier service without causing any damage.

If you have any objections regarding the refund, please be aware that I am prepared to escalate this matter to the consumer court, where I can easily provide evidence demonstrating that the product does not meet the advertised quality standards. The discrepancies I have observed are as follows:

Misleading Claim: The product is advertised as having 3200 Lumens, which is not accurate.

FHD 1080p Compatibility: The product does not support FHD 1080p as stated in the marketing materials.

Blurred Screen at 406 CM Size: When using the product at a screen size of 406 CM, the display appears to be blurry and not up to the expected quality.

Uncertainty Regarding Quad Core Processor: There is doubt surrounding the inclusion of a Quad Core processor, and I am unable to verify its presence or performance.

I am willing to go to any extent to demonstrate that the product has been misrepresented by your marketing and technical teams. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution. In the event that a refund is not possible, I would appreciate your consideration in allowing me to upgrade to the PIXAPLAY 18 model instead. I am prepared to pay the difference in price for this alternative product.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please treat this matter with utmost urgency.

Bought a earbud. Had an issue with it but the customer service is hopeless.

I have recently bought Zebronics Juke bar 1500 mini soundbar but its having bluetooth problem. It doesn't connects with my mobile phone properly as it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting frequently. I have tried different phones and even connected it to my laptop but still the problems remains. I want either a replacement or my money back.
