My Cable-service provider is Satellite Communication having office at R.R.Plot, Anandapur, E.C.T.P. Phase-IV, Kolkata - 700107, West Bengal. Subsequent to Lock-down for pandemic COVID-19 since 24.03.2020, I could not pay my monthly subscriptions to them. But in response to my e-mail dated,24.03.2020 to them for renewing the connection for another 2(two) months, they have been kind enough to renew the same. I was agreeable to pay them on-line through Bank but they preferred payment to be deposited by visiting their office which is not possible for me at this juncture. Today, I have received a message to my registered mobile from TX-SITINW to recharge my package timely which is due on 22.04.2020. Meantime, an e-mail to my service provider was sent by me on 17.04.2020 to confirm my renewal has been made till 23.05.2020 as per my request dated,24.03.2020. Kindly note that, in case Banks details are not made available to me, I am not in a position to recharge till Lock-down is lifted by the Govt. authorities. Please ensure that, my cable connection remains uninterrupted as I am not in position to visit the office of the service provider till lockdown continues.
