I have purchase a mi 7a company claims 2yrs warranty and SBI credit card 5% discount but not given both, warranty not given in invoice and manual book given only 1yrs so bad experience with mi. next time I am not purchase anything on mi.

I'm taking mi TV last one month .yesterday message from mi center. your TV installation will be arrange tomorrow but today call from mi center and say they come tommorow. So what I do.plzz give me ans?

I am regularly visiting your service station and get repair all the time. I need permanent solution. Please help and provide me permanent solution.

Did not received charger with mobile. I ordered my mobile from Flipkart.

My regular working 3s mobile handset was surrender at nashik service center on 21/11/2019 for software update, but service center staff make four (4) Time re-inspection in two (2) Hours and damage my mobile handset and said that mobile handset battery was dead, talking arrogant with customers.

Regarding this 3 complaints and 5 time communication done with customer care with senior level authority communication but no answer /complaint resolution from them.

I have ordered redmi 8 pro & exchange with my old redmi 4. But delivery boy has refused to take it, According to him it has minor issue with power button but their is no issue like this.

I lost my money from mi pay.

Network do not work properly. I also visited Mi service center 4 times but problem not solve. I am very disappointed. I register my problem on national consumer helpline number.

My phone k20 touch problem issues.

I brought a MI LED Smart TV 4APRO 80 cm on dt 29.12.2019 through Flipkart. The TV set also installed and working properly. Today i.e. on dt 29.03.2020 when I open the TV only the movies trailers are seen in the TV screen the other application like you tube, prime video, netflix are not open (the mobile hotspot are open) and the TV remote are not working.

So how can I solve my problem and I request to lodge a complain?

Any SIM inserted in my phone Redmi 8 is not recognized. There is network for few minutes but then gets deactivated. I want help with it.

My hand set redmi go mobile phone is not work done properly and my warranty period is month of may due to covid lockdown my warranty will be lapse till month of may so please take a some action regarding my issue ASAP.

I bought a REDMI 8 mobile in December, but its having a problem of slow charging. Earliar it used to charge within an hour now it takes 3-4 hours.
