Vodafone is the worst connection. I have got recharge 3G net n they r providing me 2G speed @ Mohali. I registered my complaint on Customer care n he said the issue would resolve in 7 days.

I will recommend everyone never to use this bullshit Vodafone connection. I will rate this company 0. They are big time cheaters The service in either Vodafone store or customer support is so damn pathetic. They are not even well trained to resolve your issues. If you use this network then half of your time will go in talking to them. Stupid connection billed me twice a month and didn't even credit my excess amount. So annoying this network is.

Contacted voda store. No. Ported . On request from airtel my port request cancelled by voda. It is unfair means. Port was done due to signal no available from y tower. Your staff is unable to answer and talking properly. fully misguiding the customer. Not helping properly.

I am totally confused for your behavior, nowadays every one using Jio but i m carry on my number in Vodafone. when i using postpaid thn every thing is good but after prepaid your whole service would be worst specially 198 or 199. can you tell me why i don't connect to customer care with my number i am trying it last one month. When i press the button 9 for talk to customer care executive your option is repeating... my number 9210-441-441.

So dear friend don't use Vodafone it costly and worst service provider too. You can use other network but not Vodafone. jio is better option for Delhi.

Vodafone world ki Sabse badi ghatiya company hai. Please friend port your number with another network.
Type PORT And you'r number And send this MSG to 1900.

Hi, as i mentioned my personal and important mobile no is 9984222555 and due to weak network in my local area i was not able to use this no regularly. On 15 nov 2018 i called to customer care and ask that why my net are not coming properly and showing emergency..then he replied that you need to recharge 65 rs of etop and after that u can use it properly. i told him ok and he didnt inform me that u have to recharge any type of recharge per months as this is now trai rule ..for incoming and outgoing..and after some weeks my had churn properly. i visited to vodafone store in ALLAHABAD.. i talked a executive for same he assured that we will try to activated this sim as soon as possible but i still suffering for same and no one try to resolve my issue. i am facing lot of problem and 1 more thing u can pick my call to whom i talked on 15 nov and plzz listed what he informed me.

My contact no-8285261236, My Phone Bill access Amount in Jan 2019 Month. I complain in customer care, but he said that discount in bill has been given. You submit 523. I have Pay Bill 523rs. I deposited a phone bill of 523. Amount 266 not discounted in that, And added it to the new bill.

Please adjust Previews Outstanding amount 266 rs.

I am facing internet connection issues since last three days...its not speeding up from 0.2kb/s. When i called at customer care center...the fellow person said my mobile status is not updated correctly there nd it is showing 2g as mobile status so he suggested to reboot my mobile...after rebooting im still facing the same issue... even though im using a standard 4g mobile phone and 4g sim.

hi, i am from Gujarat and currently working with vodafone in data entry work. we had agreed of weekly payment, after week 1 they told me that "we'll call you after 3:00 pm for salary" and they did not call me and since then they are giving number of excuses whenever i call them for salary, today is 27 march and now they are responding to my call. they are cheaters, fraudsters.
