Amul rajbhog kulfi is fantastic ice cream. i like it.

Today is Saturday 16 march 2019 i have purchased 1kg milk from shop and there were some black particles are in milk. Please accepte my complaint and give quick answer.

Today I bought 6 Ice candies of Amul fundoo. The quality of which was very poor no one at home like these candies due to its taste like medicine.

I am dharmesh tanwar from south delhi near chhaterpur running a shop in ashola fathepur beri from one or two months we are facing so many problems from your executive or sales man Mr jitendere khatri (ph no-9958691982) .he is not providing us any product some time he take demand and not supply the product and some times he didn't take our demand by saying that the product is short in the warehouse. so sir/mam please resolve our problem as soon as possible.

So many times i sent mail about my problem. My problem is not solved yet. So many times i sent mail to you related this. But no use. I want to speak with the higher official of sales manager immediately. I expect your reply immediately.

I am customer and I want to tell that the in the pouch of 500 ml milk and in this pouch only 440 ml milk. I have pic of that pouch.

I am a retailer and I am a registered party but my dealer (nitya enterprises) will not provide the GST bill.

I purchased kesar shrikhand With one month date to expiry. When i opened it, it has so foul smell and taste is even very sour. If your product dont have ability to stay same for 6 months.. why u give so long expiry products?? Hope you will look after this !!

Hi! I would sound weird but I have a complain about the amount of jellies in ‘American Dryfruit’ family pack! There are hardly any jellies in it. Please do something about it. I would appreciate if you reply to this.

I am a customer of Amul milk namely Amul Taza and Amul butter for long time. But yesterday I bought two packets of Amul Gold milk , which is of substandard quality undoubtedly. The company should pay their attention to this complaint considering all sides.

I ordered for a loaf of Amul brown bread on afternoon of 08/06/20. The next morning I was shocked to find that the expiry date was the same as the purchase date(08/96/20). Moreover the bread was stale and smelt bad.I spoke to the agent and he had the gall to tell me various recipes using stale bread. Customer care is useless. They hang up if they smell a complaint. In fact I wonder if you teach them phone etiquette at all. I threw away the stale bread. Please ensure that you replace he old piece with a new loaf.

On 13th October I received four half ltr packets from local dealer in Defence Colony Dehradun. On warming milk got spoiled. I reported the matter to vendor who promised me to replace the packets as the total qty of milk received on that day was spoiled. I deposited 4 empty pkts to him. However he says that he has not received the replacrment till today. It is now more than 10 days. Pm do the needful at the earliest.

I am Pramod Kokate A/P- Sarati Tal-Indapur Dist-Pune. I am a member in your indapur amul dairy.Your dairy person (Mr.Vishal Surve) first 8 days regularly picked the milk. When i ask him about our milk rate and about milks quality, that next day he stop the pick up our milk. I am daily called him why you are not pick up our milk, that time he was not giving answer me properly, only told me we are coming tomorrow confirm and pick your milk. Our 5 days milk was gone loss. He his responsibility through on driver and driver through on him. These both persons confused me. And Mr. Vishal Surve told me we not need your milk so you can give your milk another dairy.

So please i kindly request you take this seriously otherwise your milk member counting slowly slowly going down.

WE RESPECT OUR AMUL DAIRY IN WHOLE INDIA.

I bought Ghee from Patel brother's in USA,it has no Aroma of ghee at all,doesn't melt,looks like it is Adulterated (not pure). if the quality is not improved I will complain about the product to FDA (FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION). For better business make sure you look into the matter before exporting Amul products.

have purchased 2 pkts of Cow milk 500gm each. Also, it got spoiled.

It is consistently exactly the same thing with cow milk as it were. Today after it was spoiled currently cheddar paneer water came out it comes out like an excess water of curds

I complaint the milk many times but you can't response it. I purchased the milk by vijaypal last 15 year.In 31st may2021. I purchased 24 kg toned milk in 500 ml packaging .this day almost 12.500 kg milk spoiled many people complaint us that the milk is spoiled .I complaint it 31 st may,and complaint no.140019 and 20th July complaint no.is 154645. But nobody solve this problem .plz return back my payment because the person who purchased it want to return back the payment of milk .plz reslove it.

The quality of Amul Taza milk has gone very bed. The milk has got smell and is very slimy in nature. When we make curd out of it, the curd also has very sticky texture and if lifted with a spoon, one can see wires of liquid coming out with the spoon.

I had purchased 2 litter of amul tonned packed date 24 April on but when I started to boil it bad smell comes not able to use it. please refund the money asap
